I found the overall experience to be excellent. However, I suggest a slight enhancement: It would be beneficial to provide two coffee pads instead of one, aligning with the expectations of a 4-star establishment . Additionally, during turndown service, it would be appreciated if the room staff could ensure the washing of dirty glasses and cleaning of the patio ashtray.

Breakfast was great, the restaurant on site Casa Masi is amazing and stunning. Tennis courts was a bonus and we played a few times. Room/bathrooms super clean/spotless. Soft sheets and fluffy towels. Definitely surpassed expectations.

Our stay here was magical. We cycled here and could see the house from a few kilometers away and it looked magical. Once we arrived the host was very welcoming and had secure bike storage for us within the courtyard. The apartments were great and held everything we could ever need with fantastic views. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to explore Tuscany.

It’s so authentic not many tourists and the scenery is breathtaking. It’s a quiet area but so easy to get to all the sites within an hour tops from any direction, the roads are safe and easy access to the highway. The place is gorgeous with plenty of lovely scenery that enhance relaxation. The apartment is clean with all the necessary amenities. The people, Martina and AnnaMaria are extremely helpful and always ready to help when the need arises. Though quiet and surrounded by forests and mountains you are so close to places of interests Tuscany is renowned for. You can be in the hustle and bustle of busy cities like Florence and in an hours time near the pools busking in the sunshine. Great place.AlanMalta - 10Scored 10

Motaione lies perfectly in the heart of Tuscany with a small but really nice old town center. It's on top of a hill with a beautiful view all around. Unfortunately, if you go for hiking it's always very steep up or steep down - the same goes, if you rent a regular bicycle. But there is a really good mountain bike rental possibility: http://www.landhill.it/landhill-de/ in the center of Montaione. We paid 45E per E-bike and day. It's really worth to explore the region on the small roads by E-bike :-) There is a supermarked (COOP) in the center and a nice pastry shop.ReneSwitzerland - 10Scored 10

Very nice location in very quiet place. Montaione is very romantic small town with a nice view of Tuscany from hills... The pool and yakuzza within the facility are ideal for a family holiday with children or friends.

Doderino is a small cottage but has everything you need. We especially liked the outdoor cooking place. The staff is brilliant and very helpful. Yes, it is a remote place, you have to drive a bit on dirt roads to reach this gem, but it didn't bother us. We liked every second we spend on Fattoria Barbialla. Many of the Tuscan towns are very close to Montaione so it's an excellent choice for those too who'd like to take trips around.
