Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay.
Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay. Hotel was in the best location, round the corner from The Cavern and close to the docks. We did the Magical Mystery Tour and it dropped us off outside the Hard Days Night hotel which was perfect. Liverpudlian people are so so friendly. Staff at the hotel were so lovely. Eric the concierge met us as we were leaving and he was great too (aka Michael McDonald). Loved our whole stay in Liverpool.

Liverpool is a lovely city and there is so much to see and do! This was my second visit to the Liverpool and I still have not managed to see all the attractions there! There is culture and music, football, very large and beautiful shopping malls, the River Mersey, the Royal Albert Dock and the Beatles! All with their own sites for you to enjoy!! And above all, the people are so very friendly, helpful and welcoming!
Best hostel in Liverpool. Cheap. Clean. Comfortable. Staff are always lovely and now recognise me when I turn up. Hostel room I had didn’t have bunks. Extra bonus, no concussion 😂. Each bed has a plug and a lamp, other guests in room were friendly.
wish they had places on Saturday as the hotel I picked wasn’t half as nice as this one.
Close to city centre right near Bold street. Perfect for me as I stay here for gigs and shows.
Defo will be back.
The location right next to Liverpool one is amazing and also about a 10 minute walk to the docks makes it perfect place to go and explore the hotel is clean and very comfortable once in the room
Can not hear anything very quiet and makes for the very best night sleep the staff are all Friendly and polite and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you stay is perfect would highly recommend :D can’t wait for our next visit
Best thing about the hotel was the 2 (bald/balding) men on the front desk & the guy behind the bar! (Sorry I forgot their names) They were very helpful staff (first time in Liverpool and they helped us with things to do near or around the city centre, best places to eat etc) one of the guys from the front desk helped direct us to where the best parking was and the other guy at Reception was a great laugh and had good banter
It’s so central! I don’t think I realised from the map how close it was to the docks and the city centre.
The decor in the hotel is lovely! I love the mural behind the bed as well!
THE VIEW OH MY GOD. The view from our room was spectacular. We spent probably too long staring out of the window watching the ferries and the boats. Sensational view!

The hotel is located in a great area - very central to the city centre and within walking distance to Albert Docks. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The hotel staff that we encountered were friendly and breakfast was very nice.
Fairly close to the city centre,
Very simply and quick to walk.
Friendly staff.
Though it may not the greatest from outside the rooms are actually very nice for a 3 Star hotel, very clean and beds very comfortable
Potentially a beautiful heritage hotel which was well located for railways station and city centre pubs. It was spacious with large rooms and wide corridors. There was plent of soap and lotion. The heating was on.
