The personnel was fantastic friendly. The price is a little high, but can’t complain, because of the price of everything today, all because of government and greediness

I was surprised when I walked in, according to the reviews I shouldn't have expected such a nice hotel, but it was lovely. The room was super comfortable, the pool was open and I had a great swim and the next morning we had a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff at the desk and at the breakfast were wonderful and polite.

I like that the rooms have microwaves, and there is a guest laundry. Both really useful

We were there for our Grandson’s hockey tournament so didn’t have time to sightsee. Industrial area. Hotel met our needs very well. Close to the arena, Costco, Home Depot and other stores. Restaurants close by.

The place was new. The windows were not clean. Cabinet door over refridgerator was broken, very basic necessities. No TV's in any bedrooms, just one for a three bedroom. A MUST that you have to take your garbage with you when you leave or you will be charged! Blinds to deck were broken, cheap dining chairs. Chairs were table hight for sitting at bar height! You have to wash towels before you leave. Why pay cleaning fee if I have to clean? Stove light stayed on at all times (showing stove was on) no light over the stove. Only 2 USB in the whole place.....
This is what I experienced 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The following email:
Dear Marquette Eaddy,
Thank you for understanding and kindness. The photo of the ID is more than sufficient!
It is quite unprofessional of me to mention the following topic but I am too amazed to keep it silent. Miss Eaddy, you look at least 15 years younger than the ID says. Are you sure the ID you have isn't fake?
Thank you for the cooperation! We will contact you again a bit closer to your arrival.
Be safe, Riia

Hopefully this review will help others in their decision.

The staff was very prompt with the service. We needed a tub stopper, but there was no maintenance personnel on duty but that didn’t stop the front desk ladies from fixing the problem themselves. Kudos to them.
Breakfast was perfect.
We will definitely stay there again.

(based on a stay of 11 days) It is a good alternative to stay in to go to Toronto. But if you have visited some special places and the most popular restaurants, there is not much left to go on an adventure with.
We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We stayed 4 nights. The room was nice and clean, with two queen beds and a nice Samsung Smart TV. The bathroom was also clean and modern.
It had everything we needed for our stay.
The hotel was also very clean and the staff very friendly.
The hotel is at around 20 minutes from Canada’s Wonderland, which was our vacation destination.
We definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything was as it should. We were pleasantly surprised that such a quality Hotel was in Brampton. The others we stayed at over the years had fallen below standard and not well serviced.
Also we loved that it had a real serviced breakfast (hot meal) buffet still operating and not a crap paper bag to pickup
The location was perfect, close to the plant and Brampton/Mississauga. We had a nice quiet room on the 5th floor with a view of downtown Toronto. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Check-in was smooth as was check-out. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
my favorite hotel in Toronto, wonderful staff, reasonable price, nice pool and exceptionally good breakfast. love the breakfast there, not those cheap cold muffins, the hotel provide a variety of hot delicious sandwiches, different types of eggs , toasts fruits yogurt etc.
The location of the Holiday Inn Express Brampton is perfect as it is close to airport and car drop off for storage when travelling. The rooms are clean and great selection of breakfast options. For these reason we always make use of this hotel for traveling.
I asked for water and food. I can’t believe how they were not able to give water and food in the hotel when a person is ready to pay such a big amount to them. I stayed at many hotels but out of all this hotel is something I can say a poor one.
The hotel staff very polite and helpful, the location close to the airport and shopping mall. The rooms are very spacious. Even if this is not a top star hotel, the personal makes their best that you spend a nice time in the hotel.
If you like crackheads all over the property and pubic hairs in your shower/ washroom. This is the place for you. Take this hotel off your site. Absolutely trash. I’d rather sleep in a dumpster that hasn’t been emptied in 3 months.
The staff in general were pleasant. Looks like it is a family owned an operated hotel. The hotel was quiet and had free parking. The food was ok. The ambiance in the hotel lobby is inviting.
The room was ready before time and they accommodated us when we requested them for an early checkin.
Costco and Walmart at walking distance and Tim Hortons right outside the hotel
Convenient location for our stay in Brampton. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to communication and addressed our needs.
