This place was the worse place we have ever been to and we go to Pigeon Forge 3 weeks a year, nasty stains on the walls, beds where broke down, bathtub was busted, the TV didn’t work, no cleaning service at all, had to go to Walmart and buy bath towels and wash rags, we left on Friday and had the room till Sunday but that place was unlivable… never again..

If you stay at brookside, you are not staying because they are elegant or modern.You are staying because their balcony rooms that overlook the river !! The river view is fantastic and so relaxing . The staff is friendly , even before I arrived they communicated and answered all of my questions. Their rooms are huge , and have a wood burning fire place.If you like the rustic cabin feeling this is the place for you . You will smell the burning wood in your room, there may be bugs that come in from the balcony with you, If like me you will enjoy the river so much you will be in and out of the balcony area ..bugs came in with me !!! Also expect that housekeeping is not going to get every little spider or mosquito out of your room from a previous guest.The river area is a woodsy environment and part of the rustic charm, Their beautiful furniture adds to this.
