It's a business ran with so much passion and a thought about the clients.
Great care taken of everything: starting with the access to the little things that travelers very often forget in hurry, leaving their homes (like toothpaste, tooth brushes etc.), continuing with the readiness of the owners to help you with your requests, and finishing with am option to choose your time for breakfast, which is not only delicious but so finely served. Very much impressed!
We were together with my partner who used to travel for business a lot and stayed in all type of accommodations. I booked this place as a surprise. He said it felt like home staying there.

There is much to see in and around Coupeville. We stayed at the close of the busy tourist season so some of the local shops were on limited hours of operation but many were open and easily accessed. Travel to local attractions was easily accomplished.Robert - 10Scored 10

Coupeville is a lovely town.
Coupeville is a lovely town. Beautifully set on a small harbor. Wonderful places to eat and gather. Especially, by the way, Toby's, which is renowned for its mussels. I enjoyed an early morning walk along the short front and found a super place for coffee (Crabby Coffee). Also met the proprietor of Molka Xete, a small Mexican restaurant and enjoyed a pleasant conversation about the fog that morning, which he said was rare. Great shellfish and lovely architecture in the center of town. The views over Penn Cove were wonderful with Mt. Baker as the backdrop. It is an old row of hotel rooms across the parking lot from the bar (where you check in). It was a bit noisy, but not bad. The grocery store across the street was great. My low expectations were on target. It was clean, I felt safe, it was very inexpensive compared to anything else in town, and that was all important to me.
