The spa facilities, location, views and ski lockers with shuttle to the slopes were phenomenal. The suites were very comfortable and beautifully designed. A scrumptious breakfast buffet every morning. A lovely touch by the hotel was Santa that came on Christmas Eve and brought presents for the hotel guests - I will never forget that!

We had a large room with balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and a separate sleeping alcove. The room was much larger than we had anticipated. The bathroom was clean and large with a separated toilet area with bidet. The staff were super helpful, the room was cleaned everyday and despite it being off season the breakfast buffet was ready for us each morning.
With the Dolomites on the backdrop, Hotel Bertelli is 164 feet from the Pradalago ski elevator, and a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian area in Madonna di Campiglio.

The hospitality of the family truly lived up to the warmth Italians are known for. They were kind, loving and very helpful. Edelweiss Alpine had an inviting family friendly, non pretentious glow about it. We loved our stay here. The breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. The breakfast staff attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself seems brand new, modern yet true to its roots and location making it a perfect ski lodge destination for families & friends. All of this made it supurb value for the money. The accommodation is perfectly located, the hosts are awesome(Thanks again Valentina for such a great experience), the food is wonderful(plenty of things for the breakfast and 3 different courses + 2 desserts to pick from for dinners, changed every night), locally sourced wines and beers, really really recommend it!

Small and quiet place to spend your winter holiday.
Small and quiet place to spend your winter holiday. We are passionate skiers and bought ski passes for the ski area Brenta. Some days we took the Pinzolo gondola, but few days drove to the Madonna Di Campiglio gondola with free parking in the beginning of the city.
Pinzolo and Carisolo are quiet and sympatic places. There are also ski busses running on schedule and the stop was close the accommodation.
Despite the warm weather, there was enough snow for skiing, and 95% of the slopes were open. Excellent slopes for all types of skiers.
Try local wines, cheese and prosciutto. Aperol spritz or excellent coffees even on the highest slopes at 2600m.
I went back to Carisolo and La Rosa of the Dolomiti after few years and it is a guarantee. Great value for money.
The staff is very kind and ready to help if you need. The flats and the building are clean. A lot of parking space.
