nice and helpful receptioist when we came. But when I asked a question through booking prior to arrival the hotel ignored, them when I called the peraon who answered was clueless and misled me woth wrong info. When checking out the receptionist was not professional. Luckily the manager was there and he immediately.solved the issue

My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. The apartment has all basic facilities one might need for a longer stay (from kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) The location is nice (subjectively), at the edge of the city directly at forest (great for running and cycling). Getting into Zürich inner city itself takes of course a bit of time, but I had a bike and that worked perfectly fine. Hosts are very nice. I would come again.

Perfect location - Just 10 minutes by tram from the airport and 10 min from apartments to Zurich by train. I got this apartment for Zurich Open Air, and it was the best choice cause I could easily reach the festival on a walk. During the day, I worked, and Wifi was good, so there were no issues. You also can find a nice restaurant in this building.
