It's very upsetting when your in a non refundable situation, and what was shown nice Jacuzzi tub and free Breakfast buffet is different from what you get. Compare my pic to booking ..com how is this fare? What options do I have, none when this non refundable room. Staff gave no help to this, even asking for an up grade, Was told no, this is what I paid for.CharlesUnited States of America

The charming front desk staff indicated the machines are maintained by outside vendor. The lobby elevator stopped working after I came down to complain about the vending situation and she had to go into the equipment room to fix. Stayed at this property in 2019 and boy what a change! Wasn’t worth the $235 we spent.
