Kylä on rauhallinen ja kaunis. Kylässä on paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Elintarvikkeita myyvät kaupat sulkeutuvat päivittäin viimeitään kello 19.00. Lauantaisin myymälät sulkeutuvat kello 18.00 ja sunnuntaisin ja juhlapäivinä ne olivat kiinni kokonaan. Ulkoiluun on ympäristössä hienot olosuhteet. Suosittelen upeiden vuoristomaisemien näkemistä läheisten vuorten ( Nachtsöllberg, Hohe Salve, Hehnenkamm) laelta. Nämä on helppo saavuttaa vuoristohissien avulla. Meillä oli käytössä kahden päivän laaja kortti, jolla saimme käyttää kaikkia laaksoalueen vuoristohissejä.Nokelainen - 10Arviopisteet: 10

Pieni, sievä kylä, hiljaista ja rauhallista. Paikalliset ihmiset ovat ystävällisiä. Sopii luontomatkailuun. Vuorilla on runsaasti hyvin merkattuja vaellusreittejä. Liikkuminen laakson kylien välillä onnistuu hyvin bussilla tai lähijunalla. Gondolihisseillä pääsee useasta kylästä vuorille. Hissien läheltä löytyy Gasthaus-ravintoloita, joita on myös vaellusreittien varrella.Vuorilla on myös lapsille runsaasti teemapuistoja. Westendorfissa on tenniskenttä. Perjantai-iltaisin paikallinen puhallinorkesteri järjestää ilmsiskonsertin. Torstaisin on markkinat ja musiikkiesitys.
