beds have very (!) soft mattresses. Breakfast was "self-service" style, obviously we were the only guests that day and staff was not present (Sunday...)

We liked everything. It was 3km off the motorway back to Uk after a week skiing in Kitzbuhel. The family accommodation is fab, we’ll designed as only the French tbh do family hotels, a very large central sitting area and lounge with a dormitory room with 3 single beds off one end and a large double bedroom the other. Bathroom with shower and corner bath. Perfect. The restaurant is wood panelled and very cosy and very Alsace. The menu is rich and reflects the region. No quarter is given to vegetarians or vegan attn seekers. It’s traditional and friendly and self regarding as all good Frenchies are. The hotels Great Dane is fab, friendly and grateful for all left overs and treats. A delight in every way and not even expensive.

The flat overlooked the Christmas markets. Two comfortable double beds. One up, one on main floor. Good kitchen with oil, vinager, pepper, tea coffee machine. Shower is on fourth level of steps!
