The breakfast bar was the best continental style breakfast I've ever had. They had a pancake machine, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits w/ gravy, a parfait station, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, juice bar, coffee/tea station, etc. They even had someone serving the hot food, so it felt cleaner than the usual hotel breakfast where everyone is using the same serving utensils to get their food. Truly a fantastic way to start the day. The pool was heated, so it was comfortable to swim in, even if it wasn't really 'warm.' The rooms were cozy and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The blackout curtains worked pretty well. The decor was nice, and everything felt.... welcoming. It was a place that my wife and kids really enjoyed staying at. 10/10 would recommend.

There's a lot to offer in Colorado Springs, but it may not be all within walking distance so plan to have a vehicle or access to a car share service if you want to get to the downtown area, or hiking from certain areas.

We went to Colorado Springs because it is the base point for all of the close by attractions. We went to the Garden of the gods, multiple times, drove up to Pikes peak, saw the Indian cliff dwellings.
We stayed at the Garden of the Gods resort, the resort was awesome.

I love Colorado Springs.
I love Colorado Springs. From now on, instead of flying out of Denver airport, we will stay at the Radisson and fly out of Colorado Springs. Free parking, free shuttle and a small easy airport vs the nightmare of DIA. We ate at The Airplane restaurant right across the parking lot for an interesting experience along with good food and cocktails

We knew some people who live here and they love going out to breakfast downtown in the summer time. We went with them to a nice open air restaurant and ate outside. It was a lovely experience! Then we drove to Victor and Cripple Creek. Such beautiful scenery!! The next day we got to see the Garden of the Gods! WOW! The next day we went to Boulder, Colorado.

Clean, simple, no fuss room. Pretty quiet property. I had a mountain view from the bench in front of my room. Very nice owners, and you’re right between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, and close to Colorado Springs, so the location is quite nice. It’s not brand new, so it isn’t immaculate, but it’s well tended to, and it gives it a touch of careworn charm. Super reasonably priced. It really gives you the experience of an old school motel, rather than the sterile, bland experience of a new chain hotel.
The beds were clean and super comfortable , loved the room and view. It's very close to everything, seven falls. Garden of the gods, food Old Colorado Springs downtown shops and more, everything within 9 or 10 minutes from the hotel. Staff was super friendly and even when I had a emergency and had to shorten my stay they were accommodating. I Would stay here again and recommend anyone staying here.
Old fashioned motel outside, very modern rooms inside. Conveniently located in one the shopping street of Colorado Springs, this motel is great both for business and leisure.
The room was very clean, spacious, recently renovated, with all the amenities one would need.
The owner is super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast bag is a very nice touch.
I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is great and it has an environmental and social mission that should be supported. The room was clean and nicely eqipped. It has been the best one on our road trip. The main house offers a lot of place, seating areas, games, … The breakfast was great too. The staff very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.
Staff was super friendly, dog friendly but didn't "smell" or "look" pet friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, pool was well maintained and easy for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast was so good, lots of options for everyone. Quick stay, but I'd do a stay cation here again. Great location in Colorado Springs.
Spacious rooms with comprehensive amenities. Very comfortable and quiet. Price compared favourably with neighboring hotels. Charging points for electric vehicles were conveniently located in the gas station opposite, which came in handy when Avis could only offer me a Chevy Bolt.
We like the location in N Colorado Springs. It is quiet and close by to family. The staff have always been very friendly and the hotel is always clean. I love the upgrade we get with Booking.com to the suite. It is nice to have the extra room to relax on a couch.
Friendly staff. Did their best to help, but hotel should not advertise that they have Internet.. They have a chronic problem and it is well known about but nothing has been done!!! I had to purchase extra Internet access from my phone company!
the location was great 6 min away from the conference hotel and car show. it was central located down town min away there dunkin donut with walk distance price was cheaper that other hotel other stores in walk distance
The hotel has definitely put in a lot of hard work & effort to make this older motel “most likely” into a good place to stay while in Colorado Springs! Great staff & very nice gym & code area!
Beautiful property with so many additional touches to make your stay comfortable. We had a wonderful few days exploring Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, all within easy access from here
The price was the cheapest I found at a decent hotel. The rooms have a kitchenette with a full size fridge which is a giant plus since my fiance and I like to eat and always have groceries.
