Miriam, the receptionist, housekeeper, maintenance, and overall amazing hostess, was terrific! She was so gracious. Helped us with directions, places not to miss, and restaurants. She also gave us instructions to our hotel in Bilboa! The hotel is beautiful situated in the countryside - so it was just heaven - so quiet! And the restaurant attached, delicious!
