Easy to find in the centre of Haverfordwest. Lively on a Saturday night the Pub is an important part of the community. Nevertheless I found my room quiet and relaxing. Very helpful and warm welcome from the hotel owners.

Charming accomodation in perfect location with an extremely friendly and zealous host. The beds are particularly comfortable and the breakfast is definitely too good to be included in the price. Yes, it's old fashioned, but in a lovely way and don't forget it's a four star GUEST HOUSE, not a hotel. All in all great value for money.

Everything. Perfect location. Staff friendly and helpful. Great dinner and bar. Room was far better than expected and the pictures don't do it justice. The breakfast was delicious. Staying again on our return in 2 weeks.

Adrian & Sue are the most kind & welcoming hosts. Their beautifully renovated farmhouse is set in the tranquil countryside, the perfect place for our time away in Pembrokeshire. We were allowed access to the grounds - which was a haven for wildlife. The rooms were pristine, with such comfortable bedding & a beautiful view of the pond. The breakfast was cooked to perfection & made it a perfect start to the day. With Adrian & Sue’s fantastic knowledge of the area, we were directed towards some beautiful coastal walks, boat trips and many places to eat and drink. This has been our favourite stay by far and we are already looking forward to returning next year.

As advertised.
Clean and mostly well set up.
A comfortable / firmer bed and pleasing / firmer pillows.
A rare full suitcase stand x1 was appreciated but way too many plastic plants and other lifestyle clutter for us travelers; who just need a bit of empty space to open up downstairs our two full sized suitcases, etc. The scent sticks and sprayer are also unnecessary to those of us with allergies.
The bedroom as we knew, was upstairs.
The central heating was easily managed ie mostly turned down / off. As aussies we find the typical temp in all of our UK stays, initially set way too high. We are now at week 5 of 9 week travels here. But the heated towel rail was useful.
The full kitchen greatly suited us though, as did the washing machine. The latter was one of the main reasons we booked here.
The shared rear courtyard was a nice space, when sunny.
Parking is out on the fairly quiet street but we never had a problem getting a space close to our front door.
We stayed Sun, Mon and Tues nights so pub noise, as others have noted, was not a problem to us. The pub is shut all day on a Monday too. We had a pleasing dinner meal there on the Tuesday.
Easy to access unit wi-fi.
4 stars and a recommended stay, despite the minor annoyances.
The Pembrokeshire coast national park is beautiful.
The Pembrokeshire coast national park is beautiful.
We can also recommend sea safaris to see seals, puffins, gannets and maybe even dolphins or whales.
We also liked the Delaucothy gold mines. We did it on our travel to Treffgarne as it is a bit further away.
The Newton House at Dinefwr park and the castle are also very interesting.
The hotel is perfectly placed for a dog friendly stopover before getting the Rosslaire ferry or vica versa. Dog friendly hotels are few and far between! The staff are both helpful and personable, and nothing is too much trouble. There is a very good bistro style restaurant available with an very reasonable menu, for dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself is comfortable with character and I can imagine a wedding party booking the whole hotel having a great time, almost home away from home.
Nice breakfast though a little on the small side. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but should have as we couldn't find anywhere to eat in Fishguard and had to eat in a Chinese Fish restaurant 2 miles away which was fine but basic.
The room was large , comfy and quiet with a small lounge and nice ensuite.
Also the hotel bar is excellent.
The restaurant made it feel like a special occasion. The food and service was a real treat. Delicious and fresh and satisfying.
The hotel is cute, modern and cozy. The spa is lovely and Megan gave me a really attentive massage. Especially the spa being booked to one booking per session was good in these times of Covid.
Staff were exceptional. Good hotel with great service. We enjoyed our stay. I left my dongle behind and they were really sweet to parcel it over. Really friendly people.
Staff were all brilliant, food and room were all as expected as previous reviewers had advised We were very happy with our decision to choose the hotel
