Location was great. I grew up wandering the streets of Minneapolis, so I know my way around. The staff were accommodating with what they could do and informational. The security guys were on point, did their job and more.

Try to arrive mid-day or later in the evening.
Try to arrive mid-day or later in the evening. Google Maps sometimes got confused with all of the road construction going on. Nicely located central to most things we wanted to do in the region. Because we didn't want to navigate to the Mall of America, we took an Uber. That was partly on the recommendation of the staff at the hotel.
less than 30 minutes from the Outlet stores at Albertville, and 20 minutes from the Mall of America/Target Field and US Bank Stadium, we would stay in this hotel again.

One Marriott employee,Kate Severson, went out of her way and should be commended. After checking in, with some room to spare in my calendar, I went for a walk in the neighborhood. Long story short, I got lost and the gps on my phone wasn't working without wifi. Several sets of verbal directions from merchants and passers by didn't solve the problem. I called the hotel front desk twice and Kate stayed on the phone and "walked" me through the directions while I made my way back to the hotel. She really did save the day!
It was convenient to restuarants, & shopping, & Movie theater. Free parking, beds were comfortable. I could take my dog out close to the Hotel in a grassy area. We had breakfast on Sunday in the Hotel restaurant, & it was delicious. Great waitress, & whoever was cooking, it was outstanding.
The modern feel, nice staff, and cost made this a very nice place to stay. I wish there was a hot tub, and I wish we would have picked a different place based on location. This was not the hotels fault. I should have looked at the distance where we were going closer.
Rooms are a decent size, comfortable bed, decent breakfast in am. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Room was very quiet - even being full, with lots of children staying in the hotel, it was still very quiet.
The staff were very polite and helpful. I particularly enjoyed talking with Victoria. She knew everything about the hotel and spoke well. She was very friendly and we enjoyed greeting her at check in.
We very much enjoyed the location. Walkable to a variety of places. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay!
