The location of this hotel is spot on—for family visits and for tourists. Granted, it is not downtown but access to Earhart Expressway (which leads into the downtown area) is very quick and easy. Again, we have family throughout the New Orleans area so this location was centralized, more or less, for us.CColinUnited States of America

The check-in ladies were friendly and engaged and made me feel so welcome in a city I’ve never been to before. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thanks for the delicious breakfast and coffee as well!

Otherwise, out of the way and inconvenient spot for either downtown NOLA or the airport. Comfortable and well-kept hotel with friendly staff, though the price seemed high for what it was - maybe due to the lack of competition around.

We were nearby lots of shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and even hospital. Dowtown was not out of reach and the staff were absolutely wonderful…not to mention make some of the best cranberry/oatmeal cookies I’ve ever had!!

Only complaint is that I watched a hotel guest walking around in the food area with no shoes on, bare feet. I thought maybe a staff should've reminded him about rules? They may not have caught it. Gross.
