The bungalows and facilities were all clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The location was fantastic and had amazing views of Arenal and the grounds dense with lush vegetation. Breakfast was delicious and the wait staff were friendly.

Ryan at the front desk was incredibly helpful, booking numerous activities and answering lots of questions we had. I don’t know the other gentleman’s name at the front desk but he packed a breakfast for us since we were leaving very early in the morning to catch our flight home. All the staff were incredibly friendly!

Good location not too far from town. Excellent view of the volcano right out the back of the hotel. They allow you to use a nature trail behind the property next door. Total rain forest jungle trek just 20' into the trail. saw monkeys and other wildlife!
