Crazy as it sounds, the main reason I booked this hotel over other options is because the sink area is outside the bathroom. That way someone can be getting ready while another person is in the shower.

Well, honestly, I didn't see much of Knoxville, but it was on the way to Chattanooga. And it was a good place to stay, making the rest of the drive to our destination (90minutes) convenient. Which did allow us time to check out the local sites. (we checked out the Museum of Appalachia, a living history museum, just 20 miles north of Knoxville. I told my husband about it, and since we'll be driving to Tennessee more often since my brother is moving there this year, I am excited that I can take advantage of what Knoxville and Chattanooga have to offer. I definitely want to explore Knoxville and its surrounding area over the next few years. The mountains have been calling me for years, but this was the first time I drove through this southern part of Tennessee. It's beautiful out there! I'll be back.

Traveled thru the area. Stayed two nights. Did not have much time to enjoy the offerings. City looked clean, with plenty of trees and green space. Picturesque but still has all the elements of a large metropolis.

We were in Knoxville for the University of Tennessee football game. We stayed on the out skirts of town because either other hotel rooms were booked up or the hotels jacked up in prices for the weekend. Knoxville is a great city to visit but if your not into college football I'd suggest you visit when there's not a game going on.
There's a lot of fun restaurants in downtown Knoxville "Market Square".

I have commented already and your comments will greatly improve if you do those few inexpensive refurbishments. Also tell people there are 2 apartments, so persons aren't surprised by noises from other renters.
The creatures under the home are getting in through the open door in the back of the house.
Thank You

We were only there for a night, but the Texas Road House we ate at was awesome. Our server was absolutely awesome. Just a heads-up, not a complaint, no matter your age, prepare to be carded when requesting adult beverages. I understand why they do it, it's a college town and they're doing their part to diminish underage drinking. 2 thumbs up!
kind, polite, professional, fun, adventure, diverse. I did the Jeep Tour of the Smoky Mountains . I did a horse drawn carriage ride thru Cedars Cove. The ride should have been longer. It was only 30 minutes round trip. Good country food. i ate at a German Restaurant, also. Everything was easily accessible not too hard to find. I also participated in Tree Top Adventures. Very good people. They helped me to do better at ziplining.
If i go back to Tennessee, I will structure my vacation differently so I can do more activities
The property was spacious clean and peaceful. My vacation stay with my wife was incredible I got to visit her family here and see downtown Knoxville as well as sleep well at night having a cozy stay for the both of us. My host was very hospitable offering us ESPN+ and Netflix. They went above and beyond for us despite a mistake from booking.com causing confusion between us. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it another 3 nights. I would strongly recommend this place and I will be surely coming back again.🙏🏾💪🏾
We loved the fact that they include breakfast and a small dinner buffet!
They also include 3 cocktails per adult per evening at dinner!
The food was very good! Nothing fancy, but it held us over until our dinner reservation for downtown Knoxville.
The staff was extremely friendly and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
We were in town for the weekend and went to Market Square which we thought was great! Many restaurants to choose from and some shopping.
Rooms were immaculate and staff was wonderful. We particularly loved the older man who worked the desk. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. He was so sweet and personable. He talked to my children when we checked in, remembered them when we checked out, and gave them hot chocolate truffles. He was such a warm welcome and fantastic staff member. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the downtown area.
This was an excellent choice for a quick trip to Knoxville. Walking distance to everything downtown. The room was HUGE, clean and well equipped with a full kitchen like a condo. The free breakfast was "pay for" quality. Scrambled eggs, sausage, quiche, egg sandwiches, waffle maker, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee
The propert is being renovated and the new rooms have tremendously improved their look. I always use this hotel every time I come to Knoxville and I not pick any other. It’s conveniently placed by the interstate and you cannot hear a noise. You can reach downtown in no time. Hi highly recommend this hotel
Staff are very nice and helpful. the room was very clean and exceeded my expectation. It truly worth what I payed for. I have tried more than three hotels in west Knoxville last couple months, this is the best so far.
That the room was worth what I paid. That the wifi was easy to connect to. The hotel was also within close proximity to one of my favorite restaurants. This made my plans for the next day much easier to carry out.
Room was awful nasty filthy paint all over the floor burn holes in the tub on the walls carpets staff was rude house and staff was never got my $75 deposit back on my card nastiest ones in West Knoxville
The staff was great and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. There's an indoor pool, which looked good. Breakfast was the usual breakfast-included hotel fare, but just fine for our needs.
I booked this for my daughter and partner for 5 nights. My husband and I had stayed in one of your other hotels in Knoxville 2 weeks beforehand and found it comfortable.
