The old town of Utrera is very pretty with narrow streets and pretty traditional buildings. There are many beautiful churches to admire and some beautiful little squares and plazas. The castle is worth a visit as it gives a great view of the town and also explains some of the history.
A nice town for wandering the streets and stopping for a coffee or beer at the many bars and cafes. .
Convenient for a day trip from Seville which is only a short train ride away.

We simply chose Utrera as the final stopover on our Roadtrip '19 as it was about halfway between our last stop and home. What a pleasant surprise both the town and the hotel were!
The central square and all the little alleys and sidestreets off it were throbbing with life in the evening with townspeople of all ages enjoying life. Plenty of bars and restaurants including a rather excellent tapas bar, Besana, which is worth the trip itself.
The apartment was pleasantly located in the center of charming Utrera. The host kept in touch with us through WhatsApp which was helpful as we could not get to the street because of the festival taking place. The entrance is beautiful with everything restored while retaining the charm of an old building. All the facilities were great and we felt quite comfortable staying there. it was obvious the host had prepared the room for a clean and comfortable stay. We definitely recommend this place!
I commend the staff at Hotel Veracruz for their outstanding customer service skills. They helped me greatly with directions to restaurants and other places of interest in Seville and Utrera, and went above and beyond their duties to help with a delayed bag. This is one of the finest hotels in Utrera, and I would definitely recommend any visitor to stay at the hotel when visiting this part of Spain.
A lovely, comfortable, private room for a solo traveler, staying in the private house of a very enthusiastic, friendly couple who speak Spanish, French and English, In a quiet neighbourhood street within walking distance from Utrera's centre. For someone who doesn't need luxury and likes this kind of a personal connection with local people, this was perfect.
Very friendly welcome, lovely typically Spanish patio entrance with water, fruit available on arrival. Everything was spotless, rooms had everything you need. Breakfast was included, cheese, ham, yogurts, fruit drinks, of the best for variety. No more than 10/15 minute walk to Renfe station. If you want a typical Spanish style hotel, this is it.
We stayed in this hotel as we wanted to visit Seville which was a 30 min train ride away. It’s a lovely hotel in a traditional Spanish small town. The staff were fantastic and a good breakfast was served each day. We stayed in the attic suite which had direct access to the roof terrace. The train station is a 5 min walk from the hotel.
The localization is good if you want to visit Utrera. If you plan to go to Sevilla it's well communicated, but you have to walk 15 minutes to the train station and then 30 minutes to the center by train. The beds were clean.
