The hotel's location, cleanliness, and overall appearance are expected of the Holiday Inn Brand; however, I was accidentally charged almost 680.00 extra by the young lady who checked us in.
Thankfully, it was all taken care of promptly.

Very clean and welcoming. It was decorated cutely and made you feel like you were at home. Well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Had two types of coffee makers.would definitely come again. Loved the screened in back porch over looking the lake. Provides beautiful sunrises.
This Marriott property was wonderful! Our suite was functional, very clean and modern. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Really refreshing in the hospitality industry these days. We didn’t get a chance to do anything in Sebring as we only stayed one night on our way to Lake Placid.

We love Sebring. It is a quaint small town in Florida. Lots of little shops and has some great food. Highlands State Park is nearby and they often have activities. You are close to the raceway which has a great restaurant and you can watch the race cars practice as you eat.

We absolutely loved the state park! Beautiful,!
We absolutely loved the state park! Beautiful,! The restaurants we had dinner in were wonderful...Chicanes, Sonny's BBQ, Azul Tequila. We had lunch twice at Don Jose on the lake with lovely views and delicious food.
The lake was clear and clean and perfect to swim in with sandy bottom.

The place was filthy. There were dead bugs in the bed.
The place was filthy. There were dead bugs in the bed. There were greasy hand-smears on the bathroom window. There were hairs on the countertop. And when we immediately returned our room keys and left, the person behind the desk said she understood why - "because the rooms are disgusting." This place has been left to deteriorate, and is clearly just a scam to get un-refundable cancellation fees.

The best thing in Sebring is Highland Hammocks State Park.
The best thing in Sebring is Highland Hammocks State Park. There are walking trails and we saw an alligator. People drive crazy on Highway 27. which is full of chain restaurants and tired strip malls. The Lakeshore Mall is especially run down. Plenty of grocery stores from Publix to Winn Dixie to Aldi. I am here to visit my mother who lives in a 55+ community, of which there are many.

Not much to see or do. Restaurants were delicious.
Not much to see or do. Restaurants were delicious. Caddy shack was a great restaurant. We enjoyed Dimitris restaurant and Faded Bistro was a very nice and friendly place to hang out and eat. Will definitely eat there again
The place had all the amenities we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. Owners responded quickly when we made inquiries. Fairly private yard with a beautiful view of the lake, and had a nice dock to sit on. We stayed 4 nights as we needed to be in the area for a race, so having a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and 3 bedrooms was perfect for us - much better than staying in a hotel.
We were elated at this Hotel facility... What a warm and welcome charm...!!
It would have been nice if the restaurant was open, but understand regarding new years and staffing...
It will be one of our top items to visit on our next return as well as more time spent around the pool area.
Complements to your Gardner and Decorator for the holidays... this took our visit over the top..!!
Had a great stay at the Overlook. I was attending Super Sebring and being next door made everything really easy.
The accommodations were clean, well equipped, everything worked! Hot shower!
Really nothing to complain about. The caretaker onsite were some of the friendliest and kind people I met on my trip.
How about get cable I have never been to a hotel not even a motel that did not have cable the smell of the cleaning products was extremely strong the lamps were Rusty it was just not worth what I spent and then when I got there they charged me another $50 for a deposit that I have not got back yet
Able to fly in late without a hitch. Small but comfy and easy enough to find. Great location for family. Great for older couple. Close to raceway if desired and just far enough from city. Property manager is just a great guy- helpful, there when you need anything and otherwise not intrusive.
Sebring is a beautiful town. I actually had a home built and this stay was to finish the closing on my new home so I can now move and become a permeate resident. I've always stayed with Holiday Inn express because of great service, clean rooms and the staff is very nice.
bed and pillows were very comfortable. bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, Because of the reason for my visit to Sebring, I did not spend much time at this location, but it appeared to be a relaxing spot.
the hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. nothing was too much trouble. the facilities were excellent and the space was beyond expectations. location for the racing at Sebring was perfect.
Been there for the first days of the SuperSebring weekend, of course the prices were high, but the position is the best available. I'd be glad to be back (if I could find it availble)
The area was very quiet and clean. The check in process was very straight forward. We had a beautifully clean well stocked home with more than enough amenities for our stay!
Clean freshly refurbished hotel. Great swimming pool. Ease of access, well located. Good Diner across the street, closes 15pm. All sundries for a comfortable stay.
