Relatively good hotel, in the middle of Shiroka Luca, but actually there is nothing to do in this place. Room was good, but in front of main road, and it was quite noise. Breakfast was so-so, but maybe you will like it , if you like bulgarian food. Staff is good and very much welcomed. They also have a restoran, and food there was very good and taste. Recommended to stay if you have to stay in Shiroka Luka.

We really liked that the bed was very big, the room was very spacious and the bathroom was quite comfortable. The views are very pretty and peaceful it was very enjoyable to take a stroll along the fishing ponds. The dinner at the restaurant was very tasty and with good value the staff are very accommodating.

Please read the negatives as well as booking.com likes to hilight the positives only :) Positives: 1) The room was good but needed a bit of fixing up. 2) The food for breakfast and dinner was good, and the people working in the restaurant were really nice. 3) They let us change rooms, which was nice. 4) I didn't try the spa myself, but my friends said it was okay, they did have to tell hotel staff to turn it on and warm it up ahead of time however.

Close to the lowest point of the ski lift. Organized transport to it. The man in the ski wardrobe, Petyo, did magnificent job in servicing my ski and was really kind and funny.

It was cosy as usual, clean enough for that kind of property, fresh seats, it was warm during the day, but early in the morning and during the afternoon the storage heater works intermittently and it's controlled by the property so sometimes it gets a bit chilly. Food at the restaurant is delicious although a bit pricey. When it's snowing they don't let you use the fireplace with the explanation that the surrounding snow gets dirty (what a reason!) which is fairly disappointing. Everything else was fine.
