We were there for our Grandson’s hockey tournament so didn’t have time to sightsee. Industrial area. Hotel met our needs very well. Close to the arena, Costco, Home Depot and other stores. Restaurants close by.

The place was new. The windows were not clean. Cabinet door over refridgerator was broken, very basic necessities. No TV's in any bedrooms, just one for a three bedroom. A MUST that you have to take your garbage with you when you leave or you will be charged! Blinds to deck were broken, cheap dining chairs. Chairs were table hight for sitting at bar height! You have to wash towels before you leave. Why pay cleaning fee if I have to clean? Stove light stayed on at all times (showing stove was on) no light over the stove. Only 2 USB in the whole place.....
This is what I experienced 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The following email:
Dear Marquette Eaddy,
Thank you for understanding and kindness. The photo of the ID is more than sufficient!
It is quite unprofessional of me to mention the following topic but I am too amazed to keep it silent. Miss Eaddy, you look at least 15 years younger than the ID says. Are you sure the ID you have isn't fake?
Thank you for the cooperation! We will contact you again a bit closer to your arrival.
Be safe, Riia
Globalstay Team
Hopefully this review will help others in their decision.

My husband and I used to live in Bramton for 25 years and 10 years ago, we move to Windsor with my children and their families, so we know our way around the city, and we like to come by to visit old friends, we like to check out the new amenities so we can recommend it to our friends and family when they have to travel, and your hotel is one of the best places around.

The staff was very prompt with the service.
The staff was very prompt with the service. We needed a tub stopper, but there was no maintenance personnel on duty but that didn’t stop the front desk ladies from fixing the problem themselves. Kudos to them.
Breakfast was perfect.
We will definitely stay there again.

(based on a stay of 11 days) It is a good alternative to stay in to go to Toronto. But if you have visited some special places and the most popular restaurants, there is not much left to go on an adventure with.
We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place Toronto - Brampton. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and the staff were all professional and courteous. We particularly enjoyed Fahmeen and Hershil who were especially kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcome with their lovely smiles and their genuine interest in our activities. We also took advantage of the excellent gym. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices.
We received a warm welcome on our arrival and the hotel is spotless. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had an enjoyable meal in the hotel bar in the evening (which exceeded my expectations); bar staff were friendly, helpful and the atmosphere relaxed.
The following morning we purchased breakfast which we felt was good value , with plenty of choice.
We stayed for five nights with a family of four in a studio: the room and the beds were comfortable, the hotel is well equipped, the breakfast was also good.
The airport is nearby, Toronto and other attractions (Niagara etc.) are within easy driving distance.
I asked for water and food. I can’t believe how they were not able to give water and food in the hotel when a person is ready to pay such a big amount to them. I stayed at many hotels but out of all this hotel is something I can say a poor one.
Very comfortable hotel for a business trip in Brampton. Breakfast is served in a bag that you should carry to your room and I presume is due to pandemic . However it was enough and very good. No complains about it.
The staff are really lovely, like staff from a 5 star hotel, however much they are paid it's not enough! Also the pool and hot tub are really great and the rooms themselves are super comfy.
The room was ready before time and they accommodated us when we requested them for an early checkin.
Costco and Walmart at walking distance and Tim Hortons right outside the hotel
very dirty hotel and A/C was not working and the bad was Smelled very Bad all our body started itching and also the stuff who worked there, they are very Route
