Such a charming village, set in a lovely position in the Dolomites. It is a convenient gateway to the higher mountains, hiking, and all of the experiences that this region has to offer. The market is perfect for essentials, and the restaurants serve delicious food for a reasonable price. Additionally, there is a filling station for fuel. It is about 30 minutes from larger Brixen and other experiences should you desire that. The village people were so friendly and hospitable. I speak only English (sadly) and everyone I encountered was able to clearly communicate to help enhance my overall experience.DevinUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

You are surrounded in beautiful natural mountains, trees and valleys. An abundance of hiking routes, cycling and day excursions on your door step. Locally we visited Luson town and spent a wonderful afternoon in the natural bathing pond. Further afield we drove 1 hour 30 minutes to visit Lago Di Braies which was well worth the trip. We also drove 40 minutes to hike Seceda which was stunning at the top! It’s cooler up in the mountains too so a good time to visit is the summer to escape the Italian heat.

Stunning views from the balcony, lovely well-kept surroundings, very good dinner and breakfast, friendly and professional staff. The owner proposed us to park the motorcycle under the roof in the stable as there was a storm coming. Definitely one of the greatest hotels that I've every stayed in. Will definitely come back!

There is a lovely forest trail from the hotel to Luson which takes about 20 minutes. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jams, juices and bread in addition to yogurt, cereal, muesli, meats, cheeses, coffee and tea.
