We were not able to stay due to no water. Our reservation was canceled. I am more concerned with the fact we have had no contact from Booking.com regarding the charges to our credit card when we did not stay at the Lodge. The owner of the Lodge felt bad about the lack of water and said he would not charge toward the room. Unfortunately Booking.com has not contacted us!!

We was so dissatisfied with their services, they are way outside of town, they have no TV other than 1980's dvds. No wifi, not a good way to conduct business, their website did not say these things! We was on vacation but still had to handle business back home, not possible here, then we was mocked because we couldn't unplug! We do not have to explain our situation to the workers! Their hot spring was not much larger than a big bath tub! So disappointing!

If you enjoy nature, this is the place to stay.

If you enjoy nature, this is the place to stay. Comfortable cabin like rooms and up close visits from moose or bear. View them from a safe distance. The power went out and there was an unfortunate accident that closed the only restaurant close by, but despite that, it was an enjoyable stay. I did not take advantage of the hot springs in the main building. It did look inviting. Staff went over and beyond to keep their customers happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay i wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. Staff was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly. Kids loved the trail ride and we enjoyed the hot springs. Mineral water was awesome. Room was very rustic but extremely comfortable. Best thing was the no internet in room. Lodge had internet but we didn't use it. Forgot to tell kids that part. Beautiful drive up to the lodge. Maybe plant a few more trees by road. Overall would definitely come back and also recommend to other travelers.
