The view, location, pool and decor were all fantastic. The communication with the host was also perfect. The beds were all comfortable, and the bedding and towels were good quality.

Excellent location at Orient Bay! Loved the property and the location. French side of the island is near some nice restaurants, and beach bars and the windy side of the island. The room was very nice, and the location was excellent. Not a bad place to stay...
The beach view was a sliver of beach, but that's to be expected. In actuality, the view was a nice, quiet open area that made for a nice sleeping experience. We could see and hear the ocean, but not a direct view.

The location is great - on the French side near Orient Bay , Ance Marcel and Grand Case . Much quieter though . You can hear Roosters every AM , there are wild Donkeys and lots of birds . The Villa is all new and while hardly luxurious / grand , adequate and extremely well taken care of by the Very Friendly Owners . A small country Inn .

We thought that Fantastic was a great name for the hotel. It had what we needed, including a TV that we could easily operate with programs I needed on the day that I was feeling ill. The walk to the center of Marigot was a pleasant one for us.
Grand Case Beach Club has 2 private beaches where guests can swim and snorkel. There is a restaurant and an outdoor pool. All rooms have views of the garden or the ocean.

Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient.
Dinner meals were excellent. It was quite nice eating outside by the pool.
Property was great and well equipped, great view, good restaurants nearby, property on the beach, grocery store and pizza place on the premises were very good. My taxi driver was confused finding the location, he needed to hear "the old Hotel Mont Vernon." Keep in mind that the restaurants on the beach close at 4pm or so.
