I loved that the pool was open, the kids loved it too.
I loved that the pool was open, the kids loved it too. Personally I wish the hot tub worked, but undergoing renovations throughout the entire property, there were alot of scattered unfinished areas that seemed odd as during our stay we never saw workers actually working these areas. And having to walk through only the front doors due to no other doors opened from the outside with room key. And my room seemed to had prior water damage as I saw staining and prior repair had been made. Our "key" to our room was faulty. We needed to get help to get into our room at 10PM. The building was in the process of being remodeled. The pool and spa were unavailable. The carpets were dirty. The "bag breakfast" was processed junk food. We were given a pepperonni Hop Pocket for breakfast! :(

We stayed for less than an hour & that was too long. There was no towels, no tp, snot on the walls, the room smelt like smoke, cigarette burns in the bed. The tv in the in the 1st room didn't work so they moved us 2 doors down. It was disgusting. Really bad hotel they should update their Pictures. The owner of the hotel is very rude and so are his employees. Very Dirty place and dirty rooms. The card keys they Give you do not work. I made two reservations thru booking.com.
I made two reservations thru booking.com. There were no issues while I was there but today I was charged an additional fee days later. I spoke to the office and they told me the rate had changed although I had already prebooked online. I called the front office and the lady was rude told me that the other lady in the front office didn’t tell her that I had already made a reservation and that I was being charged. She later asked what did I want her to do and I explained to her that I have my booking info and confirmation and that she can’t just do that. She proceeded to get loud and tell me she’s gonna refund me and before I got anything else out she hung up in my face. I was nothing but nice I cleaned up my room after I left and checked out early so for them to be so rude and charge me extra when I didn’t buy anything in room is uncalled for. Besides the staff my room smelled like cigarettes and dog urine and the bed sheets and spreads were still dirty and riddled with burn marks

They offered a free breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon, but surprisingly, there were no waffles. The hotel is located near the highway, so the noise was somewhat tolerable.
