The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is good and of course the diving operation offers unparalleled freedom. The house reef was worthwhile. The restaurant was tasty and the staff there was super pleasant as well.

Spent 3 nights in Bonaire at this beautiful property and wished we would have stayed for a while longer. Staff is amazing and helpful, food was great and our stay was beyond what we could have expected! 10/10 would recommend and will come back.

It is a nice little city with lovely restaurants and great grocery stores. We found nice shops and fun places to have cocktails by the sea. Luciano's is right across the street from the sea and has wonderful gelato! We had amazing meals at Capriccio (which has a sea view), and C"est La Vie. Bon Tapa has delicious food and and really tasty fresh made sangria. Mona Lisa also served delicious food, but is quite pricey. We love El Pascado for a more budget friendly meal, and Rumba has really great pizza.
The shore diving in Bonaire is really great! We went with Dive Friends for tank rentals a they have multiple locations to pick up and drop off tanks. Some of our favorite dive sites this time were, Torre's reef, Red Slave, Tolo, and Pink beach. All of these also have good snorkeling.
It's definitely busier in town when the cruise ships are in , but they are mostly gone by 5pm. Also, there is a schedule of when and which dock they will arrive at in the local newspaper.

Nice town, always felt safe. Very friendly overall.
Nice town, always felt safe. Very friendly overall. Expensive, but this is to be expected on an island where everything is imported. Cruise ship "tourons" overwhelm downtown during the day when boats are in. Great eating options.

Everything in walking distsnce.
Everything in walking distsnce. We ate at the Trocadero and the Club Boulevard. Fantastic. The service at the Club B was outstanding. David the person serving our table is his weight in gold worth for every restaurant owner. The food fantastic. Also for me as vegetarian. Price vs quality very very good.

Bring your own wash clothes, I felt not fully cleaned.
Bring your own wash clothes, I felt not fully cleaned. You will need a taxi because there is nothing to do but beach in the area. The room 4 I was in was right by the lobby and it was noisy, at night they only serve pizza and it was not good. I would stay closer to the downtown area if I went again because you can walk and do things. The only good thing is if your looking to do nothing, this is the place to stay. My room was supposed to be a deluxe but it wasn't. It was like a dorm room. I couldn't open window because of bugs flying in.

Out of the three islands I found Bonaire the best bargain.
Out of the three islands I found Bonaire the best bargain. Arube is more for a pricy beach vacation, largely for americans. Curacao has a lof or dutch and british party crowd. I found there to be an unpleasant vibe from the locals. Most things are run down.
Bonaire, there is a pleasant vibe, great snorkling all around, and easier to get around by car or scooter.
Woodz is a very nice "small resort" at the very north of Kralendijk (car is a must as sidewalks are littered with donkey dung). They set up the studios with greenery outside, so it was very nice having breakfast and watching hummingbirds, as well as occasionally seeing parrots fly by. Everything inside looked and felt new, good pressure in the shower, hot water available. They have room for diving gear and rinse tanks, so all in all, they really thought of everything. Airport pickup and dropoff included!
Very friendly, low key, Rivka was a wonderful host. Chefs Melvin and Roy provided wonderful meals at breakfast and dinner always fresh and thoughtful, 5 stars. The pool, patios, hammocks and outside seating provide space to relax after activities around the island. It was an easy 10 minute drive to our main activity, windsurfing at Jibe City. The location is away from the main town and cruise ship mobs, but everything seems just 10 to 15 minutes away in Bonaire if you have a car.
Location, location, location! Short walk to downtown and/or the ocean. A ten minute walk can put you in the heart of downtown Kralendijk or one of the many snorkeling/diving sites. The owners were generous with their time and assisted with any questions I had and always had a suggestion for a restaurant, best sites to visit and best time to visit them, etc. Room was a nice size with a quiet outdoor porch if you want to sit and relax. Highly recommend.
What I tried to say in m y earlier comments: I went there for the diving with group of underwater photographers. We were given special considerations because of our group size and photography needs, so we had an excellent boat with outstanding crew. Everything went perfect.
Access to the ocean for swimmers and snorkelers is easy. The hotel has a very nice house reef in front of the property, excellent for snorkelers and divers alike.
The hosts were delightful. The overall property was quiet, nicely appointed and you felt right at home. Each apartment has its own outside sitting area to enjoy the breeze and simply relax. Secure space for hanging dive equipment and onsite rinse tank. Ability to walk to great restaurants. On site truck rental also! Great choice for any one wanting to visit Bonaire regardless if you dive or not.
No staff/receptionist at the hotel. Received an app telling us how we could get the key when we arrived: in a box outside the hotel. Door of room did no close, we sent an app and did not recieve any response neither on our reminder. We did not see any one of the hotel during our whole stay. In room no tv, no fridge, no telephone.
We didn't get to stay at the Central Hotel. When almost ready to check in they told us they didn't have our reservation.
I think they overbooked with another party and threw us out without offering a decent solution.
I was mad with the receptionist that was working that day and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional
Very nice hosts who really wanted to help in any way they could. They even gave us a ride to the city centre when we had a flat tyre.
We could always use the yard which was nice and we could enjoy the company of a sweet dog there, named Sky.
We would definitely recommend this accomodation for your holiday at Bonaire.
Excellent room with seperate toilet and shower in a traditional environment. It offers all the advantages from a hotel (fridge, flatscreen, Wi-Fi, airco, microwave etc.)
It is very clean and owner Jacky does everything to make your stay unforgettable!
This hotel used to be quaint and characterful, now it's a little old ant tired.
The main reason for people staying here is the scuba diving BUT the coral isn't that good (bleached and dead) and the standard of diver is sometimes very very poor.
We had a wonderful stay here. The staff works incredibly hard. We like places that are smaller and quiet so it was perfect. The views make it incredible. The bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Location for snorkeling was great. Would strongly recommend renting a car as there is not much in terms of food within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. If I return to Bonaire, this would be my first choice.
Good location north of the center of Kralendijk, about a 15 minute walk into the center along the water.
The apartment we rented had no dedicated parking, but parking behind the building was no problem.
Location is perfectly located in the center of Kralendijk.
Employees are friendly and very willing to share their personal details to help out in case you need them for anything
