Sissinghurst is lovely, Sissinghurst farmhouse is a beautiful listed farmhouse.
The owners are very friendly. On our visit we were welcomed with a lovely room , with tea, & coffee in our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful with great views, a lovely classic room. Only downside for us , the pillows were too soft so maybe if you prefer a harder pillow bring your own or maybe ask the owner before you arrive. In our room we had sash windows which are beautiful but we were unable to open and we were quite hot at night.
We had tea & a selection of cakes when we arrived which was fantastic and the breakfast was very tasty & a good selection to choose from. We will definitely be back in the spring/summer. The hosts are lovely. We went for dinner in The Malthouse which is in Sissinghurst high Street. Great food. Lovely friendly staff. All in all a beautiful area to visit , well worth a visit or two .

This is such a quiet, clean and wonderful place to stay. For my purposes, I enjoyed the seclusion to write and rest. The property owners were attentive but had everything set up so perfectly, settling in was all I had to do! If you're a writer and traveling solo for a few days to this area, it's perfect! I learned it was not a spot for people looking to hop to London back and forth...turns out, I rested well and loved it.

Great place, staff very friendly. It was in the heart of a lovely village and the food was very good.

It is an old Inn located in a beautiful region. We made small excursions to Bodium Castle, Great Dixter House and Gardens, and smaller villages and their churches nearby. The Pub in the hotel was warm and inviting. Harry Cox and his staff went above and beyond for us. We enjoyed generous meals, fun entertainment, and cozy atmosphere!
the place was lovely. Shame we did not get there when it was light, because it was in lovely surroundings, and when we got up it was thick with fog, so we lost out again. very friendly, very clean, and the breakfast was lovely, one of the best egg benedict I have had.
