We were on a 22 days road trip over the Dec 2023 Jan 2024. We spent our Christmas at Sipreslaan. This place was amazing. The cottage was extremely well maintained. The vineyard and the mountains are breathtaking. I watched TV and Towerkop Mountain at the same time.

The owner was very friendly. Staying here was like stepping back in time. It had a very "Victorian" feel. Room & bathroom was very clean. Eating establishments were a walking distance away, for dinner. The breakfast was wonderful. Our room was air conditioned, but I could tell the other rooms had issues. It was like staying in a classical Victorian mansion. Historical. The furnishings & artwork were amazing!
