The woman at the desk couldn't have been nicer and it was quiet. But the toilet in our room hadn't been wiped down in a while. The rim under the seat and the outside of the bowl was not clean.

The area has many beaches at your fingertips, each one giving you a unique experience. There is a strip in Ashtabula that has good restaurants and fun shops. You are close to Geneva on the Lake for a beach town experience, and the sunsets along the water are very pretty.

The location wasn't the best, and not where we usually stay.
The location wasn't the best, and not where we usually stay. The room deposit was a bit scary. And, the halls were shabby. We didn't expect much. However, when we got to the room it was GREAT! SO clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. The A/C worked better than expected. It was big room. And there were bedbug covers on the matress and box springs. NO evidence of bedbugs AT ALL. NONE! That is a bonus. The staff was helpful and friendly, and very funny.

This hotel was located close to the Geneva State Park North Beach about 20 minutes. Hotel has recent remodel and has a very quiet a/c system and high definition Samsung TV. Accommodations were perfect for the 3 of us. We loved sitting on the porch and having coffee and by the side of the house in the shade in the afternoon. The neighbors across from us were very nice. You can tell that the hosts have given a lot of thought to the comfort of their quests.
