Nice place for skiing.
Nice place for skiing. The city of Bormio is also worth to visit - very cozy atmosphere with the fantastic views! There are also thermal sources in the area - try it out! Visiting and bathing Vasche di Leonardo is very interesting experience! But don't go there at the dark time! The route is very narrow, be cautious! At least take a light with you!

Small town, lovely main street, great shops and restaurants.
Small town, lovely main street, great shops and restaurants. All within easy reach of the snow slopes and summer cycling climbs, including the legendary Stelvio pass. It is easy to walk from most hotels to the centre of town in minutes. The surrounding mountains are stunning.

Bormio in summer is an excellent base for road cyclists, with great climbs in almost every direction, including three of the most famous in the cycling World, namely the Stelvio, Gavia, and Mortirolo passes. Active pursuits aside, the town is a very pretty place to stroll around. It has some great eating and drinking options, and some lovely speciality shops too. And just 1-2km from the town centre, you can choose between the Bagni Nuovi or Bagni Vecchi thermal baths for an amazing spa/wellness experience.

Bormio is a beautiful surprising village, with so much to do...
Bormio is a beautiful surprising village, with so much to do, alternatively take a casual stroll through the town and treat yourself to a coffee in the historic town square at one of the many casual cafe's that dot the area. The private hotel spa's can be experienced by all for a fee, or try the public spa's which are cheaper but are some of the best we have ever experienced not at all what was expected of Italy more a German Hotel 5* or Budapest. For the time of year when it was sweltering & overcrowded at our holiday base of Bellagio, Bormio was a wonderful place to retreat to. I would not hesitate to visit this Village and the surrounding Alpine Ski Villages of which Livigno the Duty Free Ski Town again. The area is spectacular and was well within driving distance say maybe 1.5 hours from Bellagio. Overall I would give Bormio a 10 out of 10 for accommodation choices and the variety of things to do. Walking, Hiking, Ski (in winter), cycling both road and mountain biking, eating, relaxing

It is a great starting point for cycling in the mountains (...
It is a great starting point for cycling in the mountains (Stelvio/Gavia). It has great spa's (we visited Bagno Vecchio), although not cheap. The town centre is very nice with shops and a lot of (coffee/apperitivo)bars and restaurants.
The room is cozy, warm, modern and beautiful. Every detail is thought through. comfortable indoor parking spot. in-room breakfast is delicious. Amazing sauna facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. The location is within 11 minute walk from the ski lift. We loved walking through the beautiful town, however, if you don’t like to walk, the hotel offers you a convenient shuttle service.
Apartment is clean and well equipped, but it's pretty small, and the one we had was all the way on top, so carrying everything up and down took a bit of effort. Location is perfect, with just minute walk to store, and minute or two to Bormio village center. We were in Bormio in summer, so getting to bike path is just some 100m stroll down to local road and you are there.
Hotel with good potential, but run on a budget mood ... It is an hotel right in the center of Bormio, in a hystoric building. The room is so-so (apart the shower, that was just bad), breakfast ok, the hotel Management ok ... but everything could be much better with a little more of attention ...
Amazing location overlooking the Bormio, the mountains and the valley. Absolutely unique experience in historic roman baths with natural hot water. Everything in this hotel is so well planned from face and body moisturisers in the changing rooms to complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoon.
Very nice apartment, fully equipped and perfectly clean. Very good position, with free parking (as well as a box), at walking distance from the historical center of Bormio and from the cable car to Bormio 2000. A large supermarket is just 200 m away. The host is very kind, available and helpful.
The apartment is centrally located close to the shops and the ski lift. It is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Stunning views from the balcony and very quiet due to double or triple glazing. We fell in love with the old town of Bormio!
A wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Bormio.. Everything pristine and the operation was cared for by the whole hotel team
I had had a tough day, arriving a little later than planned but I was warmly welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble. I will try to stay here again
Beautiful boutique hotel and room, comfortable bed and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast includes fresh baked bread, cakes and cookies from their famous bakery along with the standard breakfast menu. Delicious.
Hotel Dante is in a nice central position in Bormio. It is a family-run hotel and the hosts were very friendly and pleasant. The room and the bathroom were comfortable. It's a good option given the price and the place.
This little hotel is a gem. The staff was very friendly, the view beautiful, and the rooms modern and comfortable. We also enjoyed an unbelievable dinner there with multiple courses for only 25 euros.
One of my best stays. Exceptional points for the property and for the owner. We had a best feeling when we were there. Simply one of the best places to stay in Bormio. 10 out of 10. Cheers.
Ultra kind receptionist! After some payment problems (wich I would never mind) he offered free dinner. Very nice gesture. Overal the hotel is a good place to stay when you're in Bormio.
The hotel is just great... very nice staff and delicious breakfast! In walking distance from downtown and old city...
Rooms are huge and have a separate living area and a dining area.
First, I do like Bormio. Nice place, everything was working well. Terrace is a plus. Big ski-room and parking. Close to the bus stop, but walking distance to the cabin to Bormio2000.
EDEN HOTEL may be cleanest hotel in the world 😁 It was a perfect stay. Breakfast was amazing. Location is also perfect. Parking area is useful and has easy access to the room.
The hotel is well decorated, clean and modern, in a convenient location. The room was cozy and warm. Breakfast is excellent with a nice selection of cakes and biscuits.
I really liked the room, the view, the balcony (I wasn’t expecting to have one) and the overall feel of the hotel. We were really super satisfied with our stay.
