Fabulous town. Beautiful beach. Fantastic restaurants. The Old Town was amazing.Everyone was very friendly. Very easy to get around. The hill behind the town was worth walking up. We would avoid the hotel we stayed in, but would love to go back.

town is pretty but tourist oriented.
town is pretty but tourist oriented. Locals not exactly friendly. Think they are sick of tourists. Water was too rough to swim. Restaurants were mediocre compared to other places in Sicily.
Still good for a few days I think. Very historic

I like this town. You can feel like a bit of a local.
I like this town. You can feel like a bit of a local. There is a newer, more upscale part but I like the center of town. Great restaurant called Triscelle, beach very accessible, quaint side streets some with Sicilian pottery urns full of flowers.

I was surprised that there were still as many tourists in October. The beach is long and offers many options, but I think think that summer would be extremely crowded. The old town is a must, and shouldn’t be missed. I d like to stay in one of the charming rooms in the historic area. Remember, however, that cars / taxis can’t get to everywhere you may want to go. So if you have mobility challenges, you should be cautious.
This beautifully renovated property is in one of the iconic sea front arches you see in all the pictures of Cefalu.
The renovations have maintain the original high ceilings , plastered walls with the rocks exposed in places very tastefully.
It is well equipped for those who like to cook.
You can hear the waves washing on the beach.
The location is excellent inside the old village, lots of restaurants near by.
Guiseppie and Laura were excellent hosts, responding right in when needed or for directions.
I liked the sea view! This hotel has the best sea view in entire Cefalú. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception are also nice but the man in the morning shift could use more guest friendliness tips. The breakfast compared to italian breakfast was really good. The beach is rocky but this I knew from the beginning, so one can walk 10-15 minutes to the next sandy beach. I had the iron I needed and hot water whenever I wanted from the bar downstairs.
The location was just fabulous!! right on the beach and a short walking distance into town, it was a pleasant surprise when we arrived as i did not realise it was so close to everything. Beds were super comfortable. Staff great the restaurant in the hotel was just lovely, the food exceptional and staff very friendly and helpful also not too expensive for a hotel restaurant. Super clean.
The best side of the B&B is the owner - so involved, friendly, helpful and English speaking!!! - what isn't that normal in Italy... we felt so taken care of, individually treated all the time :) the place has got great vibes, the place is beautiful with a soul, very clean :) we ate in a few tasty places recommended by the owner. Cefalu is the most beautiful city in the whole Sicily :)
The siting and set-up of Hotel Kalura, with the sea on one side of the main building and a large swimming pool on the other, is a dream. So many lovely spots to sunbathe and go for a dip, set amidst striking scenery and crystal clear turquoise waters. Also - the waiters! They were lively, friendly, attentive and all seemed to enjoy their job. Not often you see that.
I traveled with my dad. This review reflects our personal experience with the host and the place.
The Central Balcony ROOM itself is good but has NO sea view. It has a balcony overviewing the old town of Cefalu, it is decorated with style and it has comfort. It is ideal for a family of 3, you have almost all the amenities one would need.
The hotel has an amazing pool and great view, it is a few minutes away from Cefalu, so super quiet and great to disconnect. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the host Manlio and his wife were super kind and friendly throughout our stay, they helped us to choose restaurants and beaches around that were great.
Alberto the owner is a very kind and accomodating man. The property is in a nice and tranquil part of Cefalu but still very close to everything. Property has a nice view. Great secure parking for anyone who is driving around Sicily. Rooms clean and well equipped with a fan and aircon, perfect in the summer weather!
Everything was perfect! It was the nicest hotel we had on our trip through Sicily. The villa with its garden, pool and room (huge shower!) was very nice. The personnel was amazing and we had a great stay. Hopefully will be back soon. Would highly recommend.
The location is wonderful! A few kms out of Cefalu right on the beach. Comfortable accommodation which suited our family group. Friendly neighbours. The sound of the waves at night. The complementary bottles of wine were very welcoming… thanks Luca!
Location could not be any better. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially front desk. Loved the ambience of the hotel and nice breakfasts. Definitely want to go back and stay longer. Highlight of our trip to Sicily.
The properties and included amenities like the beach club and pool were exceptional! We could have stayed relaxing and enjoying all the hotel had to offer for days. This was our favorite hotel in Sicily!
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. We really enjoyed staying at Le Calette. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cefalù.
Blue Bay was amazing! Such an amazing view of the beach/ocean and sunrise was spectacular! Sadly our stay in Sicily was rainy/windy so we did not get any time to spend on the beach.
Close to the old town, on the beach, big rooms and friendly staff with a great cafe for coffee or apperitivo. Free Parking under the hotel was a real bonus.
The way from the hotel and private beach is unbeatable. It is surreal how stunning it is. The best place I stayed in Sicily. It’s a highlight of my trip.
