The swimming pool and the garden were very relaxing. The beach was right across the street. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast excellent as well. I was offered nice options for gluten-free food. The staff was very friendly and caring. Bikes available.

due to winter i did not use the pool but the pool was quite clean and the area around the pool was well presented.
i would rate the rooms to luxury quality as they were all new well furnished along with bathroom. Room had affective aircon system.
You will be in the middle of pine woods in Forte dei Marmi at this 5-star hotel, offering luxury treatment, a relaxed atmosphere, and a new exclusive private beach "Remo Beach Club".

I was only there overnight and stayed a week in Rimini...
I was only there overnight and stayed a week in Rimini before travelling to Cinquale. It's a quieter less frenetic Rimini. Hardly any shops and restaurants by comparison, but still nice (less crowded beaches) - I did stay in September though.
I liked what I saw, and would have preferred to stay longer, but had a long journey to complete.
Owners are very pleasant people, as well as other staff. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. Breakfast is nice, every day you can choose what fresh pastry to get. Tasty coffee which you can drink in the garden. I mentioned that the hotel is pet friendly. And owners have a cute doggo as well. Location is good, beach is 5 minutes to reach. You can get both to free and payed beaches. Area has multiple good restaurants to visit. Calm and beautiful. And I really enjoyed the opportunity to have room with balcony. Its a hudge plus.
There was absolutely nothing not to like! Everything was extraordinary from the facilities to the food and the wonderful service from the kind staff.
The swimming pool was covered which allowed for swimming even on rainy days and the beach was just across the street.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing vacation (where dogs are also welcome, which made us love the place even more!)
A wonderful gem of a hotel just on the border of Forte Dei Marmi and Cinquale. Superior room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming with the owners making an effort to speak to all guests. Loved to see Harry the Corgi!!
Brilliant breakfast choices.
Pool was lovely and we hired bikes to cycle to Viareggio and back.
Amazing location. The reception staff all spoke outstanding English. The hotel was lovely and clean. Really modern. The outside balcony had a clothes dryer. Breakfast was amazing huge choice and well worth the money. Parking was easy and secure. Well within walking distance to a beach and local restaurants.
I hope to stay here again.
First holiday with our toddler and Hotel Villa Undulna was pretty perfect. We got an apartment, having a kitchenette and a terrace were great for him and he loved the pool and trotting around the gardens.
While the facilities in the apartment were great it was a bit dingy and could do with a microwave!
Maybe my experience was based on some expectations, but that's fine. First of all, you should know, that tis is a very small hotel. With just a couple of rooms. Rooms are very cute and nice, very clean. And the balcony is amazing. Parking was included.
the hotel used to be a beautiful hotel probably in 90s. however, the breakfast was so disappointing, the hotel needs renovation and the price was absolutely not worth it!
very disappointed
The hotel made considerable effort to cope with the covid 19 regulations, especially for breakfast. It a fantastic location, quite well taken care of. Rooms are clean and pleasant.
