it was clean and comfortable. The owner was great at getting us in and out since we had a very late check in 11 pm and very early check out 8 am. The directions to get there are very difficult google maps does not find it. we even asked people who live there and they didn’t know but finally found a boy that lived there at midnight to show us the way. Very friendly people but a bit on the rough side for my liking and being outsiders it felt a bit unsafe. You do have to remember that we were from out of town and it was midnight. The apartment it self was great for our needs and the ac worked great.

Dana arranged a lovely breakfast and had fresh baked goods, beverages, etc available.
She went out of her way to make sure I took the correct train/metro to meet her at the station.
The following morning, for a very small price, she took me to the airport.

It is a distant boring place without any single interesting thing to see or do, without any nice bar o restaurant, it is badly connected with the public transportation. I would only recommend it for people coming by car.

I needed a place to get away to work on a project, so needed a place to sleep and eat, with space for setting up a temporary office / work space. The apartment was perfect for this: the table for dining became my desk. The wifi provided me the access I needed for my work. The location was ideal: there was private parking for my car, there was a grocery store within a short walking distance, and a post office nearby. The apartment (with windows closed) was quiet - as it is located on a busy intersection, with a restaurant below that played music in the evening. With windows shut it was not a distraction.

Dear booking. We have reserved a room at Guest house.. a few days before the trip we sent a request for a shuttle to and from the guest house and did not get a reply. When we arrived at night, approx 23:20 (and your site says 24h reception, that’s why we picked the hotel) the place was closed, lights off and a piece of paper with a number. Our kind taxi driver called, a man replied and immediately hangs up. They didn’t reply to the 8 calls from our driver afterwards. The place was open, no locks, no lights, no one at the property. So our driver helped us call another hotel and make a reservation for the night and drove us there. It was a shocking experience after a long day of flights and I expect a full refund and also a compensation for the long drive and discomfort.

Very comfortable bed, nice showercabin, the bathroom has even a bidet. At the reception desk, you find always a very friendly staff, and you got a little "shop" there with all the neccesities (soap, shampoo, slippers, coffeemachine, even ready meals in the fridge!) The train station is right in front of the door, so we were cca 8 min from the Fiumicino Airport. And there is also a shopping mall right there! I definitely recommend it!
