The lady that checked us in was very friendly and spoke English. There was 4 of us and there was only a queen size bed in the room so she added 2 twin beds for us. We had a reservation that went wrong so this was a pleasant surprise.

Location is the hotel's greatest asset. Room is comfortable and everything worked. The employees were all very nice and attentive. Hotel has an elevator and showers for those who have limitations when moving around. The full breakfast offered was very good, A+... but at the same time, there are so many other places to eat in town around the corner that you may want to venture out once or twice to try them out. There is a lot to see in this town. Great shopping as well with excellent leather goods and fashions.

Vicenza has all the beauty and history of the great cities...
Vicenza has all the beauty and history of the great cities of the region, like Padua and Verona, but none of the tourists. It's much smaller and compact - you can walk from one side of the city walls to the other in 25 mins - but all the better for that. And the major attractions are the Palladian villas and civic buildings, both in the city and in the hills around the city, all easily walkable - no need for a car. It's a great base for exploring the other attractions of the Veneto by train: Venice in 40 mins, Padua in 25, Verona in 35 (and those are the cheaper regional trains, not the high speed Frecciarossa at 3 times the price but barely faster for these short-hop destinations). Not being a tourist hot-spot, the prices are lower: you can still get an espresso for 1 euro, and that was in the cafe (Caffe degli Artisti) next to the major draw of the Teatro Olimpico, Europe's oldest covered theatre. Superb variety of good value pizzas (and excellent beers) at the Pizzeria Vesuvio nearby. And for something different, go to the Parco Querini: an attractive park but what we didn't expect were the dozens of domestic rabbits hopping all over the place: brown, black, white, spotted, long-haired. Very surreal. Coypu too, swimming in the lake and water channels.

Vicenza is superb for about 3 day stay - to recover our tastebuds after Germany - and is charming for that period. There were a number of exhibitions and museums (and the Theatre Olympico is a must) together with pleasant food, wine and company

We were only in Vicenza for 2 full days so we went to the ticket office and purchased a pass to visit 4 museums/attractions. We used 3 on just the first day so went back for another 2 on the second day (6 in total). Each one was terrific and well worth a visit. There are endless cafes and restaurants so we were never short of somewhere to sit and relax and enjoy great food and drink. Also lots of great shops.
Our hotel was very central so everything was within easy reach. For those who record their steps each day, we did a bit over 10,000 each day - very manageable.

Vicenza is an overlooked city in the hear of Italy.
Vicenza is an overlooked city in the hear of Italy. It has a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants, great museums, and incredibly kind people. The history is everywhere. Recommend visiting the numerous churches, museum of jewelry, and the theater if you have to choose just a few things. The city is walkable with many small streets to walk through while window shopping.

A lovely upscale town.
A lovely upscale town. Very safe, lots of restaurants and bars. Beautiful Palladian architecture. Highly recommend Palladian Tours. We had a walking tour and a self-guided e-bike tour (with GPSand online narration) of the Palladian villas on the outskirts of town. It’s a long but fun day! Avoid the restaurant called Prep on the main square: tourist trap that charges three times the coperto of other places on the piazza, accepts only cash (which you don’t know until time to pay), they insist that pizzas are personal size only even though it’s large enough for two people and will not let you share, and they have no boxes or means of transporting leftover pizza for you to enjoy the next day.
A short 12 minute walk from train station. Very central for all of Vicenza attractions.Easy to get to Verona, Cittadella, Padova and Venice by train. Supermarket within a few minutes walk or the Spa supermarket for bigger selection within 5 mins. Apartment was quiet, warm and had everything you needed for a great stay. Security door and lift. Easy check in. Fabio easily accessible if you need help.
Good location! The staff was very friendly and the room was quiet. I got a delicious breakfast buffet and good cappuccino. They have espresso and cappuccino not just regular coffee. If you want to visit Venice or Verona you should stay in this hotel in Vicenza because it is much cheaper than in Verona and Venice! By the way the train connection to Verona and Venice is perfect.
Dario is charming - and the apartment is very comfortable and roomy for 2 people. Vicenza is a lowkey gem for a few days- and this apartment was ideal for us with proximity to good cafe (breakfast) and good restaurants/winebars and not very far to main centre to walk...also useful to have washing machine dryer when proceeding to next location!
The location was extremely convenient for exploring downtown Vicenza and the rooms were beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the option of dining at Cucu restaurant and appreciated the full kitchen with generous supply of bottled water. The beds were very comfortable, and we were provided with an ample supply of towels and other amenities.
The hotel has an excellent location, a short walk from the train station and close to the historical centre of Vicenza. The room was clean, bed comfortable, the bathroom perhaps a bit large compared to the room but the walk-in shower was great, and the air conditioning worked well on a hot day.
The location is amazing, right in the centre of the city. The host is very kind. She answered all our requests promptly and to our full satisfaction. The apartments are clean and well-equipped. The best value/ money combination to explore the beautiful city of Vicenza on foot.
My stay at this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, it is a comfortable modern hotel, a perfect stay if you are on a business trip in the Vicenza area.
Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast nice rooms and free parking!

The Best part of stay was the STAFF. The receptionist, the gentlemen parking our car, and the people servicing the breakfast were Awesome. This hotel is centrally located in downtown Vicenza, and getting around was easy.
Good 3 stars hotel. It is litlle beat far from Vicenza fair, but is ok. Not far from center of Vicenza. There is parking in garage and is necessary to pay € 5,00.
Is very near good restaurant and pizzeria O´Sole Mio.
Perfect location, very friendly personal, good parking possibility. Vicenza was a very big surprise for us, we enjoyed every single minute of our stay. Definitely we'll be back and we'll stay at the same hotel.
This is quite a little gem in the center of Vicenza. It lives up to its Glam and Boutique title. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast included with the room rate is excellent.
Enjoyed the company of the owner who is a well travelled welcoming host with an informed perspective on social and economic life in Italy.
Rural location but close to the city.
It’s a great little hotel, newly decorated, with great food and very polite staff. It was very convenient for us, as in walking distance from the Tennis Center Vicenza
