The Hotel was amazing!! The receptionist was so kind and explain us everything. Our room was so clean and smelling so good! We have all the facilities we need in the room: A/C, TV, hair dryer,hot water, towels, amenities, mini bar, bed was so confortable and in your room you have security box. Also is close to the bus stop. They also offer breakfast but we didn’t take that because we leave so early in the morning.

Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty. Also, the waitress who served breakfast was very helpful (excellent English). Lots of choice at breakfast. The animals outside are great fun and really the main reason I booked this particular property! About 15 min drive into Florence. Although the property is in the middle of nowhere, our SatNav (GPS) took us straight to the door.

Staff was very nice and helpful. There is free parking behind the hotel and we could see our car from balcony. With public transport we were in the city center in less than 45 min. There was mosquito repelent plug-in in the room, which was great. We slept well. The hotel was quite and the mattresses were excellent. Breakfast did not enchant us, but it was enough. Good coffee.
