Check in was fast and room was ready early and we were even upgraded to balcony over Lake Como. Breakfast was the best amenity. They have a huge selection and even provide champagne.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room offered was a very good value The roof top bar was nice and pleasant, but not well utilized. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Too much effort in terms of number of cakes which isn't my idea of a breakfast.
