I loved this Hotel!
I loved this Hotel! The staff were helpful on arrival and throughout my stay. The room was comfortable with a balcony and bathroom. The room serviced daily and the breakfast had many choices and was great. Across the road a small church with a rest area, views over the coast and ocean. A short stroll to the park, a delightful walk by the children's play area and the pond, a small Cafe and fountain, cross the road and you are in the old town. Restaurants, bars, shopping and a history dating back before Greek settlement. I recommend this Hotel for travelers to Vasti.FrankAustralia - 10Scored 10

When visiting Vasto, try to stay at B&B alla Canale. It is absolutely amazing, just a short drive from Vasto city center. The property is right on the Adriatic, with both a terrace and balcony overlooking beautiful landscaping and with steps down to the shore. The hosts are very welcoming, and, boy, did they put out a spread for breakfast! And, unlike much of Italy, they actually have secured parking for a large vehicle. Highly recommended.

Go for the beaches and nature area! There’s quite a few paved and off road trails for biking and walking. The natural reserve at Punta Aderci is gorgeous but there’s also several small beaches just north of the historic Centre of Vasto. Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of more well known beach cities, without sacrificing any of the beauty or Italian experience. Definitely recommend renting bikes for a day or two!AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Old city that charms you with its well preserved buildings. The modern fusions with the tradition just in perfectly harmony. People is kind and beaches are to die for. The hotel overlooks a beautiful pebble beach (beach shoes are required) with clear, warm water. The hotel has ample sun loungers of which you are allocated your own spot with umbrella in the well set out grounds on arrival and many others that you can use on the beach if you prefer. The staff are very friendly and helpful and try to accommodate any requests. The small beach bar serves a limited range of snacks and drinks.

In an elevated position so that the view out the windows, across the terrace, through the small olive plantation is to the Adriatic Sea. It is a short drive to the old centre and a manageable walk if you are reasonably fit. Inside was spacious where we could cook and eat some meals and even dry our clothes (as it rained during our stay). Our host and hostess were so hospitable and spent time being our social secretary! Very comfortable beds & pillows. The drive to Vasto beach was 5 minutes away. The breakfast provided by the host - Stefano, was amazing! Full breakfast- eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh croissants, fruits etc… Stefano was so friendly & accommodating- he treated us like family. We loved everything about this place. The told me they also do on-demand dishes but I was in rush and I haven't time for it. Personnel kindness is always appreciated.
