Very comfortable, with a perfectly adequate breakfast buffet and all amenities one could hope for in a hotel room. Good neighborhood; close to grocery and boulangerie. Because it's in a neighborhood it was easy access to the friends we were visiting. Host responded quickly to questions. Kitchen fairly well stocked with dishes, pots & pans. We were there in Winter, so loved the radiator/towel warmer in bathroom which could be set as toasty as you like.

Nice apartment, but no elevator. Three floors up the stairs. Easy to check in. The room was not ready at the time of the check in. Very nice Vietnamese restaurant 5 minutes away. Did not find another place to eat close by. Good for a few nights if the price is low. I pay a lot since the rugby World Cup was on the city that day.

There were several issues that affected our stay.
There were several issues that affected our stay. The rental was overpriced considering the quality of service provided. Despite reserving for three people, the sofa bed did not have any linens available upon our arrival. Additionally, there were only two hand towels provided, which was insufficient. The lack of hot water was a significant inconvenience and should not have been the case. Furthermore, the absence of curtains on the windows resulted in unwanted light from street lamps and compromised our sleep and our privacy, allowing direct views of neighboring properties. Overall, these shortcomings greatly impacted our satisfaction of Caluire-et-Cuire.Richardson - 10Scored 10

Very nice residential part of Lyon, with great views on Lyon if you climb the hill. Very calming area for walking or jogging along the Rhone. There are necessary shops along the streets with greater traffic frequency.NenadCroatia - 8.0Scored 8.0
Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. I went for a wedding, didn't get a chance to explore. Caluire is not a difficult place to get around, it is fairly easy to get by. Good transport location to the Town. There was a kebab restaurant near by that I really enjoyed, don't quite remember the name of the restaurant. Overall, great hotel.
