4th floor has been newly renovated, room was very nice, if spartan (no decor.) Bathroom was large and bright. The indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant are a nice addition (I’ve stayed here before, prior to restoration.)

Too far from the City (1 1/2 Hours to and from the hotel) with limited rides using the bus. Hike UP too tiring. You must have a CAR. Not too many options for eating or doing anything. Room had a musty Smell. I will not Go back there again

There is a beautiful lemon tree in front of the house. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Tip: The location is about 30 to 40 minutes by car from Nice city center.
