The warm hospitality of the couple who run the place, the excellent location, the swimming pool, the breakfast which beats all expectations, last but not least, the charming city nearby--I can't think of having made a better choice in my many years of travel in Europe.
It's a bit tricky to find the spot but your google map or other guides do known the place very well, so you shouldn't worry too much.

Easily one of the best b&b's I've stayed at. It should be listed in some book of best hotels. Everything was perfect: the owner was super nice and welcoming, the interior is absolutely gorgeous and you can see how much love is put into it. The breakfast was also beyond all expectations (almost everything if not everything was home made and delicious)
We booked the apartment for just one night for a visit to the Theater Festival in Avignon. It was a very good choice as the owner kindly welcomed us. The air conditioning was ON :) and in the fridge, cold water (on a boiling hot day, it was great). Very quite place for a good night sleep. Next time, we'll stay longer! :)
Although we had to take the car for a short drive to the sites we wanted to visit, the hotel was well situated and the parking was easy to get into. Quiet room, excellent bed and good bathroom. Access to the swimming pool was locked the afternoon we arrived - but accessible the following morning. Breakfast was fine.
We loved the decor , it was lovely and clean , peaceful and beautiful surroundings . We loved sitting on the balcony and feeding the fish in the morning . Avignon is a beautiful town and within a 5 mins bus ride . A real gem of a place . Peter was really helpful and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble .
Excellent delicious breakfast, superior hospitality of the owners, renovated house in a modern style, quiet country location, private parking, swimming pool in the garden. If you accept 30-40 min walking distance to Avignon downtown over the river, you will hardly find better accommodation in the area.
The hosts are lovely. The villa is beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is fantastic. It is quite private. Of course the area is wonderful, near to Avignon and a drive to plenty of pretty villages. We loved it and were really sad to have to come home.
The breakfast was exceptional - lots of variety and enough to keep you full for hours!
Location was lovely but a little bit out of the way from Avignon centre/village as its a 30 minute walk. You have to drive or get a taxi which there aren't too many about! But very quiet which was great!
Loved the outside areas: pool, breakfast and dining. Also, their check-in times allow you to really make use of the pool, makes you feel welcome, not just somebody who pays, sleeps and should then leave as soon as possible. Great privately run hotel with friendly service.
The restaurant was amazing. Mum and I liked the 3 course dinner for 22 Euro each for hotel residents.
The other thing is they had a jig in the room for making cups of tea and coffee. Especially good when returning or having a midday break.
the hosts were very warm and welcoming. They gave us advice about restaurants and things to do. They booked tables for us and ordered taxis.
the hotel was pleasant and felt very homely
