The receptionist were warmly, nice and kind.
Room is neat and has basic amenities.
I will advise they get at least one adaptor for each room or put a disclaimer when booking to inform people.
Asides the adaptor issue, for me, my stay there was splendid. When l needed to charge my phones, the receptionist gave me an adaptor which l used through out my stay and returned on the last day of my stay.

Though the place was close to a market and metro station, it was very far from Eiffel Tower and other attractions. Minimum travel time was 50 min. Do not recommend it to tourists. There was no one to check us in at night. We had to spend the night outside the property (can you imagine??). It was a terrible experience. No one answered the emergency phone no and the front office incharge was unapologetic about the lapse next morning. They did not share the access code as they were supposed to do on our day of arrival despite several reminders. They were not available at the time of check out. I left the key in the room with the door open. Very very bad experience. Zero customer service.

The place is really quiet. I had a great stay.
The place is really quiet. I had a great stay. Yes its a bit outside Paris, however you have the metro station near the accommodation that takes you yo the city center. Also the area has some nice restaurants and boulangeries. enjoy the stay.

Close to the metro.
Close to the metro.
I booked a single of 12 square meters, but upon arrival I discover that the room does not match neither in size nor in appearance. It is a room adapted to an 8sqm room therefore not up to standard.
The breakfast was wonderful ! Fresh orange juice !!, delicious croissants, fresh fruit,..and so much more.
And a very nice, cozy and spacious breakfast room.
We were so happy to find this great hotel and the people were so friendly and helpful.
Always with a smile ;-)
Our room was so quiet.
The hotel has his own safe parking place where you can leave your car.
The subway is just around the corner.
We surely come back.
The hotel is just a three minutes walk from the townhall of this cozy little suburb of Paris. We stayed there for a wedding that took place in the nearby townhall. So it was just perfect. Also we were granted a super early check-in without extra charge upon our arrival in the morning. We stayed for three nights and explored Paris in the following days. The connection of the suburb to the city center is great.
It is located close to a metro station. The room was clean and big enough. Very comfortable beds. There is a restaurant and a bar at the hotel with reasonable prices (cheap for Paris). There is an elevator (which is not the case for all the hotels in Paris). Me made use of the garage, which is located 1 block away from the hotel. The location is quiet and safe in the night.
The location isn´t the closest to central Paris, yet you get into all of the action thanks to the metro station nearby. The staff was super friendly and patient, as I don´t speak French. The hotel, my room, clean and quiet and even "roomy" for Paris standards. A good enough breakfast to start the day. I would stay there again. Value for my money.
We enjoyed two nights in this hotel and the staff was always very helpful. We arrived without a reservation for parking the car but they still gave us the possibility to park it in their dedicated parking so that was great. The metro is close by, getting to the center takes less than an hour. The neighborhood is calm.
The place was clean and well appointed. It's a guest house so not a hotel. But the room was really nice and had everything you need. There is a common coffee machine on the ground floor and a common fridge and microwave to use. They provide bottle water in the room and toothbrushes and toothpaste too.
Very comfortable bed, shower was nice and hot with good pressure. The hotel is located a few minutes from the metro and bus stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The heating in the room was good.towels were clean.the room had a small fridge and kettle.tea and coffee were provided
the location is very beautiful. the Metro 8 is only 4 mins away and it takes about 20 mins to get to the inside of Paris, lots of restaurants and grocery stores around the hotel, the Seine is across the hotel definitely check it out when the sun goes down!
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and cozy, and it's a walking distance from the metro station. There's also a supermarket just across the street.
The room has a smart TV, a water kettle and a clean private bathroom.
We liked the view that we had from our room as we got an apartment at the last floor of the hotel, the room was looking good and it was clean. The reception guys were very helpful and nice. We will come back when we will visit Paris again.
It is located in the nice area, there are supermarkets and a metro station very close. The staff was very friendly. The room was cosy, clean and warm. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trips to Paris.
The staff was nice and for the price it provided all the facilities and also the location was decent and it had all the grocery stores, restaurants and metro station very near. All in all, a really good hotel.
The hotel was really clean and almost close to the metro station (line 8). The staff was so friendly and helpful. I could park my car inside. To the bottom line, I would say it is worth it!
I stayed at this hotel twice, and it was a good stay, i mean if i didn't like it, i couldn't have gone there in the first place, everything was perfect
