Rouen is a most attractive town with wonderful gothic and timber framed buildings. Extremely walkable everywhere. Lots of fun speciality shops, decent groceries and good restaurants. Lively with lots of sidewalk cafe people watching. Viking river cruise boats stop here and during the mid-day you will see big cruise boat tours coming from Le Harve. The train station is very tidy, helpful and convenient.

Our last visit was 10 years ago and Rouen has changed.
Our last visit was 10 years ago and Rouen has changed. The charming pedestrian street to the Horloge is peppered with American fast-food joints and the bodies of the homeless sleeping under the arches. It certainly detracts from the historic city of Jeanne d'Arc.

Stunning city with beautiful architecture.
Stunning city with beautiful architecture. Easy to park and to get around. Plenty of pedestrian streets. Highly recommend a visit to the cathedral - free entry and open quite late. The Sunday market was amazing - a combination of food stalls, clothing, antiques and books. Could happily have spent a couple of hours there. The city also has a great selection of independent shops and of course lots of cafes and restaurants.. Well worth a visit

There were very many historical buildings and churches in Rouen - it is not just an industrial town. We had a one night stay on our way further south on a motoring holiday, but will happily visit again. It is within easy reach of London.

A fabulous city with its winding medieval streets.
A fabulous city with its winding medieval streets. The Abbey of St Ouen is as spectacular as the Cathedral, and the Musé des Beaux Arts has some wonderful art. We enjoyed the beer garden and interior of Brasserie Ragnar's Église-Brasserie at Église Saint-Nicaise and we loved the city's pride in it's viking heritage!
Helpful and nice staff, the decor, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the location the ambiance in general. Special thanks to Abdulaziz and Victor at the reception they were always there to provide all kinds of information and assistance. The staff at the breakfast area were also professional and kind all of them. If I come back I will choose this hotel. Rouen is indeed a beautiful city.💕❤️💕
Very nice start to our holiday in France. Good trip from Calais to Rouen. Only issue is that it is a bit tricky getting to it in the old quarter but if you persist and find it the location is great for all access to tourist attractions. It is a comfortable hotel and nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but adequate. Parking in nearby NCP is good once you have figured it out.
Great value hotel, close to the centre of Rouen. Helpful staff and very comfortable, spotlessly clean room, with lots of little extras like slippers, toothbrushes, razors, cotton wool pads. Really nicely decorated too. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Rouen - a stunning city! Recommend a visit to the cathedral and the Sunday market.
Very lovely hotel in the center of Ruoen. The room was wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable. Room had a lot of light with large windows. Large bathroom was very well equipped and cosy! The breakfast was great and situated in a lovely pleasant environment. The hotel is is a brilliant location with easy access to the historic part of Rouen.
The location couldn't have been better. It's right next to a very nice grocery store. It's in a courtyard back from a quiet street so no road noise at all. It's a relatively short walk to the train station (about 10 minutes). And it's extremely close to the restaurants and sites of old Rouen.
I didn’t. booked two nights, didn’t even stay one after walking into the lobby from hell. all I could think from non-attentive person behind desk talking to boyfriend that this must be where hookers ply their trade. the lobby is small with nothing in it. wouldn’t even know it was a hotel.
Very well located, this historic hotel was a comfortable base from which to explore Rouen. The decor is an interesting blend of the ancient core of the hotel combined with the rebuilding required by the bombing in 1944. Straightforward hotel, adequately staffed and reasonably priced.
I like staying in Radisson because it always means a good standard. The Rouen Radisson staff is outstanding, the hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and the bath is comfortable. The location is superb, right next to the train station and in the Old Town.
Definitely a great value! The hotel was in the perfect location within a short walk to all the sights we wanted to see. The hotel itself was charming, well appointed and squeaky clean. Their breakfast had a good selection. I would definitely recommend.
Location was excellent. Nice walk to old town area and cathedral. Breakfast was undoubtedly the best we had on our two week trip to France. We had a junior suite with an unbelievable outdoor patio. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
It was spotless and exquisitely decorated with great attention to detail. AND the breakfast was really good and satisfying, it had everything from pastures to eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, fresh fruit, which is unusual for hotels in France!
The location of the hotel was ideal to discover Rouen on foot and in a short period of time. The room surpassed ly expectation, especially for the price paid:) A good bargain! Flexible check-in/ check out and also night entry service!
The hotel is right in the city center close to the cathedral and heart of the city. The courtyard was beautiful as well as the interior of the breakfast room which made the tasty breakfast even more enjoyable.
Have stayed here a few times and always find this hotel a really good option for a short stay in Rouen. Great location, clean, parking available and staff always excellent.
