The hotel is a 2 stars hotel - my expectations before arrival were a bit lower than what I experienced in reality. I liked the staff, above all the lady at the reception who accepted to wait for me for late check-in (after 9 pm). My room had a balcony, toilette and shower separated from each other in the room. Everything was very clean. Big flat screen TV, perfect functioning WiFi (free of charge). I did not use the pool, but there is one. The parking is spacious.

L'Espadon is a few steps from the beach in Saint Jean de Monts and just 0.6 mile from the city center. It offers free Wi-Fi and free Parking.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Caroline is a great host! The apartment was big and airy, comfortable and clean. We didn’t get the breakfast as we had our own food. The apartment building is backed by a forest where there are trails. The inner court was small but comfortable and there is a pool (didn’t use it).
