As expected, basic but clean and comfy and helpful staff. They were happy to store my bicycle in their shed. Allowing me to put it in my room would of been better. Maybe next time? Breakfast okay to.

The room was small but everything you should expect was there. One of the cheapest hotels in Vannes, you get what you pay for. Decent overall.
The hotel enjoys a privileged position close to Vannes’ city center, the Golfe du Morbihan harbor station, the exhibition center and the Conleau peninsula.

The hotel is close to the ferries for the Bay of Morbihan. The Ile-d’Arz was a highlight of our time. The room was recently remodeled with beautiful bathroom and room decor. Parking is ample. The hotel is close to Vannes Center but not really within walking distance.

easy to find, easy to access, geed value for money
We found Vannes charming, even in winter. The medieval buildings are impressive and beautifully kept but fortunately the town is not over-run by tourism and retains a sense of its own identity. Its proximity to sites like Carnac is a big plus.

The best part of Vannes is the Golfe of Morbihan.
The best part of Vannes is the Golfe of Morbihan. We rented bikes (easy) at the dock and had a wonderful time on Ile-d-Arz. The ferries come/go frequently. The town center of Vannes has lovely places near the ramparts. The city itself is very busy with plenty of traffic.

Fantastic town with a nice vibe, good bars, restaurants and around every corner in Vannes was a super building or view, very impressed, also found the restaurants hidden down the side streets had really good food and a lot cheaper than the ones on the main routes .
We would avoid the hotel we stopped in as it was a good 20 minute walk away from the edge of the town through a couple of quite scary at night subways, no bus service into the town from the Kyriad Prestige Vannes of which we guess was rather more suited to the business community rather than tourist.
It also did not state that it was only 20 yards from a busy inter city rail line on one side and a very noisy road junction on the opposite side , although the room basic without a room safe, fridge or tea making resource the bed was comfortable and the bathroom excellent.
The hotel was also very clean, its only big bonus was large free car park

Beautiful historic old town. Easy to walk around.
Beautiful historic old town. Easy to walk around. Excellent shopping and choice of restaurants. Great place to explore the Gulf of Morbidan and peninsula. Loved the port area with all the moored boats.
Great location, short walk to the center, and good restaurants even 3 minutes walking! I tried the spa and it was so nice and renovated, truly relaxing. I also loved that they offered to rent bicycles and even a helmet, I used it quite a lot. That was also the reason I chose this hotel, and it worked out really well!
Also really comfy bed and bedding in general.
Plus all the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times!
Excellent location, easy access by car and good parking, but barely a few minutes walk from the town centre bars and restaurants
Rear facing rooms are quiet though I’d imagine those facing the road outside would be noisy. It’s pretty busy
The hotel is very clean
Didn’t have breakfast, just a coffee, but it was stand out good
All staff encountered were very friendly and professional
The facilities are superb. But the staff was exceptional. The best we've experienced! When we had to depart before breakfast they prepared a delicious take-away breakfast. The restaurant is also truly exceptional. The cooking was original and truly outstanding. This was the best hotel and dining experience I've had in many years. A must stay for anyone visiting Brittany!
The hotel was halfway between the train station and city centre, which made it easy to walk to both. It was also quiet and clean, and our shower was separated from the toilet, which is always a nice thing to have when you travel with someone else. There was also a good amount of outlets, along with a table and a chair inside the room, which always adds up to practicality.
Excellent room - size, facilities, quiet.
Excellent breakfast - value for money, quality/choice.
Travel for holiday - hotel convenient for walking (c 25 min) to centre of Vannes, or easy access by car to many free car parks in Vannes centre.
Have used this 'brand' of appart'hotel in several locations - always excellent standard, value, location.
The apartment was comfortable & attractive & very well located near major gardens, historic buildings, shops & the port. And our hosts were so kind to pick us up at the train station! Good guidance on local restaurants & attractions. A very central location quiet enough for good rest. Laundry facilities!
Dany was really welcoming and there to greet us on arrival. The property was as described, on the top floor and super quiet. Nice balconies with a great view. It was a 15 minute walk along the waterway/port into the centre of Vannes. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Vannes.
Hosts thought of everything and were very friendly, correct and complete in their information. The house itself was super clean and quite comfy, a little bit out of the centre but having walked through the tourist crowds in Vannes we were actually glad it was a bit out of the way!
We especially liked the location overlooking the estuary and its proximity to the main town centre of Vannes.
The swimming was safe and close by. The water was clean.
The breakfast was very good.
The main hotel reception staff were very attentive and pleasant.
The location, in the old town, is perfect.
The design in the space is cozy. Lot of love seems to have been put into it.
The instant coffee and tea bags were very welcome too.
The bed was more comfortable than I expected (couple) despite me measuring 1m88.
The breakfast was wonderful, great selection of fresh foods and coffees! Reception staff was extremely kind, within walking distance of the old town and port. Perfect location at train station!
The hotel is located in the city center just before the city ramparts. Naturally, it is quite close to the train station. The room was clean, the WI-Fi connection was stable.
