The cottage is luxurious ,in pristine condition and equipped to a very high standard.
The breakfast was excellent with a choice offered by the hosts in advance.
The hosts were really helpful, pleasant and kind. They clearly went the extra mile to ensure that I enjoyed my stay.
The cottage is located in a very peaceful area on high ground, where the air seemed to be particularly fresh.

The stay at the hotel was excellent.
The stay at the hotel was excellent. We were able to travel around the whole area and found the town itself to be very interesting and the people were really friendly. We had dinner and lunches at various places and they were all great value for money. The effects of covid were very noticeable in that a lot of businesses have been forced to close down.

Clonmel is a historic town in Co.
Clonmel is a historic town in Co. Tipperary with portions of the old town walls particularly around the Protestant church, The "Main Guard" was the centre of the town - free opening - and there is another perfectly sized museum also. Lots of wide streets, old shop facades, lovely friendly people, and a fine river.

We lived in Clonmel for more than 16 years and love it.
We lived in Clonmel for more than 16 years and love it. The people are friendly and there are a lot of clubs, a good movie theater, lots of shops. Lots of flowers planted and the views of the mountains is splendid. It's a lovely town that is busy, but not too busy. Lots of good food. It's a wonderful little Irish town.

Nice hotel. We would like to stay there again...
Staying with Helen and Michael at their lovely family home in the middle of Tipperary countryside is like a relaxing stay with old friends in an historic old home, like a lovely antique. Cozy fires always welcoming your arrivalack to the house, the most comfy beds and a scrumptious breakfast each morning, with tea in the afternoon in an elegant sitting room. Could not be a nicer place to spend several days exploring the gorgeous countryside just nearby the property. Super-historic village just minutes away, lovely walks abound.
This property is about few things location, location, location and the staff who are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. Breakfast was really well presented and tasty. The coffee was also very good. It was also super efficient and a very pleasant surprise to find this property. I hope to stay here again when working in Clonmel
Flexible, accommodating, kind staff always. A good place to use as an affordable place to stay while exploring the surrounding area. The ability to have staff get a fan for the room made it comfortable and easy to sleep at night during the unexpected heat. Food was good, parking was convenient.
Disgracful this hotel should be closed down, filthy, no cold water, no tv , door would not lock, bed was filthy & really uncomfortable, carpet was filthy, could not shower for fear of scalding, breakfast was a joke 3 day old orange juice and stale corn flakes ,never again
Out host was friendly and knowledgeable, and was very gracious in facilitating the cancellation of a second booking we had. The room was spacious and comfortable, although definitely not glamorous, and breakfast was very good. Location was great for walking about town.
Great B&B in the center of Clonmel. Great and quickly served breakfast - I would recommend and will be happy to come back. As a single traveller I found it good value for money (many places do not cater for single occupancy hence you pay for two)
We liked everything - a lovely Irish country house hotel set in beautiful gardens by the river. We felt very lucky to have discovered this hotel and would have liked to stay longer than the 8 days we had.
Peaceful and beautiful location. Treats left and coffee and tea. Great location for hiking. A huge selection of mountains nearby. Lovely selection of restaurants and near Cahir and Cashel and Clonmel.
The receptionist on arrival brilliant and served us breakfast in the morning and printed our boarding pass she couldn't do enough. So polite and friendly... Great hotel lovely room
