Really mixed feelings about the place.
The good: location is key - loved being in the rainforest, hearing the wildlife and close to the national parks and Gamboa as well as the canal. The staff in Mulligans bar were excellent and always had a smile. The bed was ok and the shower had good pressure/plenty of hot water. The butterfly sanctuary was fabulous - much better than Gamboa's.

THE TOPS:
The location was excellent. It was a very quiet and safe neighborhood which was close to everything, yet felt just far enough once you're inside. The yard and pool area are well maintained and very inviting for relaxation.
The beds were all comfortable, and the linens were of good quality. There were ample bath towels available for all 6 guests, and there were proper functioning washer and dryer available for use as well.
The living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor areas were also quite spacious for our group of 6 adults.
The house was quite secure with an enclosed parking garage and keycode entry for the house.
Having 4 toilets (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) was also a plus.
The host was also quite responsive, and we very much appreciated that.

I love how clean the place is the housekeeper did a wonderful job in 907 i didn't got her name. Mr .Jones i use to see him everyday one day i asked if he never go home lol I love him and his smile he's was very helpful

Entire Hotel was spotless.
Good location, just a skip up the block to a couple of restaurants, besides the hotel's own.
And but a 10-minute hoof to MultiPlaza.
Pleasant dining area, with decent included breakfast.

I feel it is critical for guests to know that all inclusive is NOT the same as other resorts in the area. If you pay a specific amount then drinks and meals should be included as at the Cameron. However, this location is presented as”All Inclusive “ and does not meet the criteria. If one must pay for meals other than breakfast it should be noted instead of travelers going in blind. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Liked · We really enjoyed the buffet. The location is beautiful. The hotel's decorations are marvelous. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are well insulated, no noise from the neighbors. Disliked · The menu is small and pricey, so the only option is the buffet, which is quite expensive. Our credit card was charged hours before we even checked in - at a higher price that we were told by Booking.com.

I would not recommend this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel. Private weddings take the experience away from other paying guests. They put big curtains up and you cannot enjoy half of the social space. We are paying guests too. They seemed to focus more on their events than hotel guests. Customer service was so slow. 1.5 hours waiting for dinner. And half hour waiting for glass of wine !! Would not recommend

The food was delicious (except for the Asian wings. They look better than they taste). Breakfast is top-notch, highly recommended. The staff was helpful, most were friendly and seemed to be proud of their hotel. The grounds are awesome. I'm not a Golfer, and you don't need to be to stay here, it's a nice, safe place to get your walking in. A good choice if you want a quiet getaway for a few days.
