Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico.
Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops. Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach. But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel,kids loved it! The cleanliness of the bed and sheets was impeccable, and we are immensely grateful for the hard work of the cleaners, especially given the circumstances. After falling ill with a stomach bug on the second night of our stay and experiencing multiple episodes of vomiting, their efforts were truly appreciated. We made sure to leave an extra tip as a token of our gratitude. Thank you to the cleaners - you are the true heroes of this hotel!

David took us out on the Boat Tour (look it up!) and was kind and helpful in all ways. His English is good. We had room 1, a nice-sized room with 2 beds, and closest to the beach. Erica keeps the hotel as clean as can be in the humid sea air. You have access to the kitchen, but know that there is not more than a small tienda for groceries. Best of all is the glorious beach at Punta Allen. There is hardly ever anyone on it, it's quiet and peaceful, just sit back and enjoy!

The rooms are spacious and clean, there is always hot water. David is super friendly. He organized two tours for us with amazing people (Israel and Francisco) and with them we could enjoy the nature in Punta Allen. Sonja is like a mama, she is always available and prepare the best food whenever we wanted. We enjoyed sitting in the yard with our feet in the sand in complete relax. We decided to use the boat transfer to reach Punta Allen, which was an adventure in itself. If you don’t have a vehicle to drive yourself there Marta can give you the contact details and information on how to book the transfer. When we were there she also arranged for us to go on a boat trip along with some of her other guests.

This trip was the most beautiful experiences of my life. I travelled there with my mom and daughter. I highly recommend that you get there by boat from Tulum. The boat ride is incredible. Really don't recommend that you go there solely by car. It's the experience of a lifetime but extremely long. The wifi is weak, which is the point. The village of Punta Allen is rustic. Casa Pascale is mostly for sport fishermen but we weren't and enjoyed our time there. It's impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a good shower. There are beautiful wall paintings of various fish. It's a place with character.

V attentive staff, lovely fresh food and cocktails prepared. Access road bad in parts but not that bad! They were constantly working to improve sections of it. We loved our boat trip from the village, saw lots of wildlife and visiting Punta Allen village.

We also loved we could walk into the city. We stayed in the small house, and everything worked, bed was comfortable. The staff was very sweet, and we also booked a great boat tour through the hotel. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and food was good too!
