Most guests are probably drawn to the price, and the close location to main sights (like Cologne, Bonn, Aachen or the Euskirchen Baths) and tailor their expectations. This place not only exceeded my expectations, but matched in quality more expensive hotels I've stayed in. The managers are in tune with the necessities of the clients. From flexibility in check in, to the the number of electrical sockets, to the amount and size of the towels, to the topper that guarantees a good nights rest, it felt more like a bedroom than a hotel room. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped, and most importantly very clean.
