The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and then to keep our car parked in the hotel lot into the evening the next day. Both of these accommodations made our trip so much easier. On top of that, our room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Highly recommend staying at this property!

The room was very small. But I wanted cheap and near the zoo. This was it. I never saw an employee once, I used the self-checkin in the back and found my way to the room. There was a lot of street noise and the bed was immediately under the window on the street side.
