Excellent property just 15kms away from main Hallstatt. The drive was pleasant. The rooms are a bit far away from the main reception building but the view from the balcony was awesome. The restaurant is good too.

You can also find nice little beaches when walking along the lake, not many people around. It is a nature lovers paradise. Swimming, cycling and walking offers endless opportunities and hours of fun. We did a hike to Altausee, which is also stunning. A day trip to Dachstein and Hallstatt should also be on your to-do list.GertuidaAustria

Andreas told us the history of the land/house which goes back to the 1100s. The property has been in the family since the 1600s and a vacation property since 1745. It has been renovated to modern standards. It is just a great spot to enjoy the great benefits of Austria.

Scenery is absolutely beautiful and it is easy to drive to the other beautiful lakes nearby. It takes you 10 minutes to walk to the lake and you can swim there.
